Sara was brilliant

Sara was brilliant, really welcoming, very helpful and patient. She explained my contract and what I was getting. Seh went through each potential model, to review what was most suitable and cost effect.

I had excellent and courteous service…

I had excellent and courteous service from all the team at Kilburn High Road. I was obtaining a new phone on contract. I said I was 74, and they were very patient and helped with everything. Their technical help cost me an extra £25, but considering all that they did it was well worth the money.
Very good service.

Store is better than phone call

The guys in Kilburn were great considering how the guys on the phone had given the worst service ever. The manager was amazing

I spent a long time with the assistant…

I spent a long time with the assistant on deciding on a plan. However she forgot to till me it was a two year plan! When I got home and read the contract online I realised it was for two years. I tried to call vodaphone but since the number was not transferred they couldn’t help I went to the stone the next day and they told me I had to wait for the transfer! Then the following day I when back to the store and was told by the same assistant that they had to cancel the contract and redo a new one! Which would mean I would lose my number! This is a work number and phone. When i complained the one of the other assistants told her to speak to the Manager. Who then authored the “Like for Like”. I am told this is now done. Unbelievable! Since the assistant insists she told me two years! How is that even possible! Really bad service
