I was very satisfied

I was very satisfied, the staff was very friendly, and Honya, the girl who took care of my order, was very fast and nicely. I can't wait for my order to arrive.

I came to the store today because after…

I came to the store today because after hours of being on the phone with Apple and Vodafone because my phone isn’t working properly. Simon in the Hull store was very helpful and did what nobody else could in seconds. He said he was still new but you can tell a good employee a mile off. Il be back!

Shane was very helpful in helping me…

Shane was very helpful in helping me return my Google phone and swapping it out for the iphone 17. Always kept the conversation going and always answered every question I had in detail to make sure I understood (st Stephen’s shopping centre)

Went in store with an issue registering…

Went in store with an issue registering my SIM that the call centre could not resolve. I was served by Dylan, he was fantastic from start to finish, friendly, helpful and brilliant knowledge. My phone was up and running within 10 minutes. Brilliant customer service!!!?
