Visited the Greenock shop today and spoke to Mark who done a fantastic job explaining exactly how getting a new phone works. He made understanding everything so simple. Great staff

Mark was helpful with getting my phone switched over from my dad's account to my own and helping me to pick a new and ungraded phone which i am clueless about when it comes to technology. Mark took the time to explain the whole process and made it all very easy and stress free which I totally appreciate any future help require I would love it to be from mark

Jenna....what a star *
Jenna....what a star. My phone has been playing up for months. Not able to access data. Fobbed off by call centre time and time again.
Went into Vodafone Greenock a month ago. Jenna spent hours in between customers and popping into branch on her days off to check progress on the fault. She kept me up dated, and sorted prob.
Today I went back in as the fault had arisen again. I spent just over 2 hrs with her. She was on the phone to Vodafone call centre for me. ( the operator was really rude to her ). Anyway, problem now fixed .
Jenna truly went above and beyond, and sorted me a better data plan. She was also having to support a new staff member when he needed assistance.
She is a valued member of your team and should be recognised for her excellent customer care skills. A***
