Text Issues

I couldn't understand why I couldn't text unless I had wifi or mobile data on. Jenna in the Greenock branch fixed it within 5 minutes and was brilliant. Thank you Jenna.

Visited the Greenock store and honestly could not thank Jenna enough for her patience, knowledge, advice, the time she spent with me trying to get me the best deal possible. So good to get a helpful person in store, who understood exactly what I wanted, she deserves a massive thank you from me. Honestly if Carlsberg made Vodafone advisors it would be JENNA

We got served by Jenna and she was amazing! She was serving 5 different customers at the same time and jumping between 3 computers and managed to serve everyone and with a big smile on her face!!! She was so friendly and helpful!!!
