I had the most amazing experience at…
I had the most amazing experience at Vodafone Folkestone today with Neil and his team. I had a number of phones to sort for christmas presents and was apprehensive at the amount I had to do. Everyone was amazing quick and efficiant. Neil listened intently to what I wanted for my children which all wanted different things and gave me the best deal and advice for our situation. It was amazing to see the support from other staff too, for example passing an insurance leaflet over and showing phones all to help get my orders done quicker. In the time I was in there I saw a number of different customers come in and out with different queries and they were all dealt wiry really well especially ones that may have been deemed difficult by many. It was all taken in their stride and each customer was offered the best service. Neil and his team are fantastic and I will forever go there with any upgrades and queries. Thank you for your time and effort today , I wish other companies could present the customer service these guys did !!!! 😇😍😍

An honest service from Vodafone in-store! 👍
I have been a happy BT Mobile customer for almost ten years, joining them not long after they relaunched a mobile service.
However, with BT's decision to close and rebrand as EE; charging an astronomical amount of money for what I need a SIMO contract having been quoted by them recently, my hand is forced to look for an alternative service provider.
I happened to be in the town running a few errands and thought I would stop by our local Vodafone branch. I met a chap called Andy who talked me through what I was looking for and was able to quote me for a rather favourable SIMO package on a two year contract. Which suited my needs at home, travelling within the UK, travelling within the EU and Globally. There was no hard sell! Andy was happy to let me go away to think about it over a coffee (which I did) and shook my hand as I left the store.
I was impressed with the service I received in store and I was back in Vodafone approximately 30 minutes later purchasing the plan I had been quoted and my number switches over next week.

Andy & Georgia at Vodafone
Andy at Vodafone in Folkestone looked after my wife and I when we visited in store today to both upgrade. Georgia helped out when she became available to speed things up for us. Both were very polite, professional and knowledgeable and made the process of upgrading a breeze.

Excellent service from Folkestone store
Had a bad experience with Vodafone call centre and went into the store with a complaint. Andy was polite and listening to my issue and patiently talked me through what he was going to do and escalate my complaint.
I was also collected a new phone which Andy efficiently sorted for me.
The only reason I have stayed with Vodafone is because of the professional and effect service from the Folkestone store
