I visited today to upgrade and resolve…

I visited today to upgrade and resolve issues on my account. Courtney could not have been more patient and helpful. I have had so many unhelpful calls with Vodafone taking hours of time so decided to visit the Falkirk store. I am so happy I did and a huge thank you to Courtney.

Cleo providing great customer service

Friendly and helpful

This morning I visited Falkirk Vodafone to have a micro sim put in my hand-me-down iphone and Cleo could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Not only did she change the sim but she also set up the iphone for me, something I had been dreading doing myself. Thank you so much!

Fantastic staff

Went in with dread, my first contract in years. The girls made me feel welcome straight away and gave me some options. Walked out with a new phone after some great conversation with them. Thank you!
