Excellent

Excellent. Ben was over and beyond helpful to me and explained everything as we went along.....in language I could understand... I'm not very technical! Very pleasant, easy manner made this a very easy experience. Many thanks Ben. It's great to come into contact with people who understand us oldies don't have a clue about phones and technology!
