very patient staff

I had called into vodaphone Craigavon last week and was treated by a lovely young girl ellie she was very well spoken and kept her patience for me as an older woman who isn’t great at technology I hope she gets the praise she deserves

I came in to look for a new phone as mine was outdated and Ellie was wonderful… she done an amazing job at helping me decide what phone to get and she was very informative amd the process was very straight forward.. Ellie was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase!! ☺️

Vodafone shop Rushmere

Top class service from Helder last night. My mobile data had stopped working and needed it to be working. Calm and super efficient and I was out in 15 minutes but a high level of expertise. No hard sell on new products either which I appreciated. Great job.

Great experience

Helder was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping my wife decide on a new phone and contract upgrade. Would happily recommend the Craigavon store having continually dealt with them myself over the years.
