First it seemed that Ebony was a great help getting my broadband and mobile switched over to Vodafone, saving me loads of money every month.
Shame that later I found out she gave me a lot of incorrect information. Offering me a promotion that didn’t exist (still waiting for my free tablet, Vodafone knows nothing about) and showing me the 4G map instead of the 5G one when enquiring about the 5G-coverage at my home location.

Visit to Vodafone Chester le Street
Went into Chester le Street today as my phone contract was due to be renewed and I had received a suspicious phone call the day before. I was able to discuss the matter and also renew my contract to sim only which saved me money and improved the services I receive. Chloe was very clear about what I would get and also made certain it matched what I needed before recommending the plan that fits my needs. I will definitely pop in again should I have any questions or concerns about my mobile phone contract.

Money saving.
I needed to see if I could save money on my contract by upgrading, Mandy and Nichola took me through all the options available and now I'm going to save £200+ over the next 6 months and another £120 for the next 12.

Mandy at Chester Le Street was very nice and helpful, did everything she could to help me upgrading my plan. She clearly knew everything she was doing and even helped a customer, which did slow down service a little bit but overall that was no problem. Would recommend her to others.

Excellent customer service
I am one of those people who puts off upgrading my phone as the whole transferring of accounts, Apps etc, signing in/out is not something I relish. But I was attended to by a lady called Mandy in the Chester le Street branch who took over the entire process with such ease. Her customer relations are excellent and she over and beyond what she needed to. I have never had such an easy upgrade!! Massive appreciation to Mandy.
