Very understanding staff
I recently went into the Carlisle Vodafone to upgrade my phone and contract. I am hard of hearing so sometimes find this challenging when trying to catch all the information. After explaining this to Jade, the whole process was stress free. She was exceptionally professional, helpful and was clear when explaining the things I needed to know. Many thanks Jade!

Jade is the best
My wife got a new phone sent from Vodafone and I inherited her old phone. We tried to set them up at home and got nowhere, went to our Carlisle branch and were guided through the whole process by Jade. We found her so professional and nice at the same time, she went above and beyond and had us both up and running with our phones. Customer service at its best with a smile
