Over the last few days I have tried to upgrade my phone, with support agents online and over the phone however I was left frustrated and upset when they messed me around.
I went into the shop in Carlisle today and Olivia (Liv) handled it amazingly, she is an amazing worker and always happy to help, 10/10 service, I’ll be sticking to Vodafone purely for her expert help and my great experience in store!

Dan, the in-store specialist, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my many questions about the service. Great service as always
I called in as it was time for an upgrade and spoke to Jade who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Various options and offers which they currently had were explained to me in detail.
With the help of Jade I choose a new handset and am now good to go. The whole process was seamless.
