Vodafone replied to my Review and told…
Vodafone replied to my Review and told me to "reach back out to the Broadband teams" to get the matter dealt with. I did and in fact they called us only to advise that (unlike the promise of two days ago that we'd be connected by the end of today Wednesday 8th April) this was incorrect information as BT Open Reach hadn't even scheduled installation of our new Broadband connection.
We were also advised to contact them via social media...we don't do social media!
We received a call late this afternoon which was like going back to "square one"
Despite complaining (YET AGAIN) that' we've been waiting over EIGHT WEEKS, no firm date was given for fibre optics to be installed - it's less than seven metres from our front door!!!!
The latest is that Vodafone will raise our case to some sort of priority state - we're promised that would be done some weeks ago... but still nothing.
We have now advise Vodafone that they have until Friday to provide us with a guaranteed date for installation or we're calling the whole thing off and going elsewhere or maybe just staying with our current provider. It would be less stressful.. my wife and I are about demented.
It never was like this in the good old days.

I had a lovely experience in vodaphone changing my provider from o2. The staff were professional and friendly. They let me know what was happening at every step. They ensured I was comfortable throughout. Kirsty and Charlie were super supportive. I am excited to get my new phone
