Contract renewal

Came in to discuss contract options following my contract ending. Simon quickly identified a better deal. Service was efficient, friendly and honest. Fantastic experience!

Yvette was fantastic at sorting out a new phone & the best deal for me, made it really easy & simple for me, even when I had to come back in to hand my old phone in & had an issue with my phone, she was on the ball & fixed it straight away for me. 100% would recommend.

Andrew was extremely helpful and…

Andrew was extremely helpful and patient. He managed to save us money and talked us through all the various options. I would definitely recommend Vodafone Ayr and will continue to be a customer there.

Andrew found a better deal than what I was on when I enquired about home broadband. A previous person said I was on the best plan, but Andrew found one better! Very helpful, no waiting!

They made it so difficult for me to…

They made it so difficult for me to cancel had forgot my security questions and they just kept saying sorry cant help you. now I have a bill of £198 my contract was finished

Came to the Ayr store as my phone was broken. Spoke to Andrew the manager who sorted me out with a new phone and transferred my content over.

Vodafone Ayr - Simple Simon

Simon in the Vodafone Ayr branch took advantage of my 79 year old aunt - she visited the store to sort an issue with her Vodafone SIM Only contact, and he ended up getting her to sign up for full home phone & broadband; she had no clue what was happening - she's a vulnerable customer and it would have been 100% clear to Simon that she didn't understand what he was selling her.
Vodafone are an absolute disgrace for employing little vermin like Simon.

12/05/2026 Update: It turned out the response from Vodafone below was a token gesture; their social media team are as toothless as the rest of the organisation; I reached out to them via Instagram chat (as they suggested) and they basically told me there's nothing they can do & that I'd need to get my (vulnerable) Aunt to call their Customer Support team. This further demonstrates how truly horrendous Vodafone are at dealing with vulnerable customers.
