We booked a 3 night break to…Switzerland
We booked a 3 night break to Switzerland and wow!!! Madhav the agent who called to arrange our trip was amazing. So helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The trip we were going to book changed slightly as Madhav gave us another option that we hadn’t thought of. This trip is to celebrate my 40th birthday and I cannot wait. Madhav went above and beyond to get us the best rooms available along with flight times and upgrades. Madhav now has my dates for next years holiday and I can’t wait to see what he comes back with.

Perfect agents
This is the 2nd time we have used Viva Holidays and yet again they delivered the perfectly planned trip for us! From start to finish they were helpful and listened to what we wanted. An excellent trip to Venice, Florence and Rome in June with easy train transfers and great hotels. And in September a wonderful trip to Split, Korcula and Dubrovnik also with perfect transfers and lovely hotels which were close to all the areas we wanted to visit but also offered a little luxury when at the hotels. We will definitely be using Viva Holidays for our next trip and a big thanks to Diya for all her help throughout!
