We recently went on a tour in greece…
We recently went on a tour in greece with viva. Our tour guide named Vasilliki was very approachable and knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour. Our group was small initially until the last couple of days when others joined the tour. The only 2 things we found disappointing was we had no choice were we stopped for lunch and the food wasn't always good. The other was that not everyone on tour went to the same hotel overnight which led to longer times on the coach and delays.

Dear L O,
Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent tour of Greece with Viva! 😊 We're delighted to hear that Vasilliki made such a positive impression with her approachable nature and extensive knowledge throughout the tour.
We also appreciate you highlighting the areas where your experience could have been better. We're sorry to hear that the lunch arrangements and food options did not always meet your expectations, and that staying at different hotels resulted in longer coach journeys and delays. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team for review.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We hope you enjoyed discovering the beauty of Greece and would welcome the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience on a future trip. 🌍✨

Everything was sorted by him without fault and smoothly (all connecting flights etc). His customer service is amazing, so much so that we've already booked another holiday through him upon our return, without hesitation.
