Problems on line
We had problems booking our holiday on line, took the deposit but didn't receive a confirmation, then the system crashed. Miriam sorted it out for us very efficiently and booked our holiday for us. What a lovely lady.

Absolutely fantastic service by Virgin Norwich store and specifically Carly Martin, she helped us with our holiday over a long period with a very personal family matter. Nothing was ever an issue for Carly, she has a very friendly, personable demeaner and is a credit to the high standards we come to expect from Virgin.
