Ocean Florida Anmeldelser

Having used Ocean Florida for 2 previous holidays I had no idea that they organised holidays to other parts of the USA until we received a brochure through the post. It was at this point that we realised the breadth of their offer. We dealt with Hannah who was absolutely brilliant - we had chosen The Lone Star Southwestern Itinerary - Hannah met our needs with adapting this itinerary to our needs and we are looking forward to enjoying this holiday next year.

Ocean booked a bespoke trip which included hotel and villa stay for the exact amount of time and in our preferred location. It was very easy to arrange and only took a few phone calls and emails.

Cameron was excellent and provided sufficient time for us to review the quotes and was helpful when we suggested alternative options. Overall, the service was everything that we were looking for in a travel agent.

Easy to book. Plain pricing, planning well ahead possible, excellent villa and communication fantastic

We had some difficulties with our booking due to more than one family issue and Ocean were very accommodating and helpful, every person I dealt with was first class.

We received a great service from Charlotte, she quickly obtained quotes for our trips on our recent holiday to the USA. She was very efficient in getting them booked them for us too. Her patience was very much appreciated in answering my numerous questions.

The entire booking process was made easy by Jay , the person who quided me through the booking process. Everything was explained clearly and in detail . The customer service was first class and i was contacted on time with my questions answered.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Ocean Florida Holidays enough! From the moment I booked my holiday, Danny was absolutely brilliant. He made the whole process so easy and straightforward, was really helpful throughout, and made sure everything was taken care of.

Booking a holiday to Florida, especially when it’s such a special trip, is a big thing, and having someone like Danny to help along the way made a massive difference. He was friendly, professional, patient and genuinely made me feel confident that I was in good hands.

It’s not just about booking a holiday, it’s about booking those memories you’re going to make, and the service I received really made the whole experience that much better.

A massive thank you to Danny for all his help and for making the booking process such a positive experience. He’s a real credit to Ocean Florida, and I hope the company recognizes the effort he puts into looking after his customers.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ocean Florida Holidays to anyone looking to book a trip to Florida. If you get the chance to deal with Danny, you’re in very good hands!

Thank you again, Danny. Absolutely top service!

Booked our holiday with Tom West who was so knowledgeable and totally understood what we wanted. He was amazing from start to finish advising us about everything we needed to know. He was brilliant. Also a big shout out to everyone I spoke to at Ocean Holidays who went that extra mile to make our holiday experience one of the best we have ever had

Great experience all round, from booking our dream holiday to the very end. Staff extremely helpful , always going above and beyond. Easy to get in contact with, if I had any questions they were always answered. Would definitely use company again, nil issues.

I just wanted to leave a review to thank the Ocean Florida/Ocean Holidays team for all the help they’ve given me with this booking.

This holiday was originally booked before COVID and, for various reasons, it has gone through so many changes over the years. The team have always been patient, helpful and willing to keep looking at different options to make the holiday work for our family.

I’ve dealt with several people along the way, including Sam, Sinem William and most recently Kate & Jo, and they have all gone out of their way to help.

There have been lots of questions, changes and different accommodation options to work through, but I’ve never felt rushed or like I was being a nuisance.

I’ve travelled with Ocean Florida before, which is one of the reasons I booked with them again, and this experience has reminded me why.

Hopefully we’re finally getting close to the finished holiday now!

Thank you to everyone who has helped us along the way it really is appreciated.

As always Ricky has been absolutely amazing and so helpful with booking this next trip ! Nothing is too much trouble.
This is the 3rd time this year I have booked with Ricky and if I have any issues when I’ve got back he has dealt with them no questions asked! Thank you Ricky you are really appreciated.

Tom West is very knowledgeable and really helpful, we had particular requirements he managed with ease.
It’s really overwhelming booking a massive holiday like this these days and Tom made it really easy.

We have just booked our holiday for 2028. The holiday agent we dealt with was called Tom West. I can honestly say he is a credit to his company. He is polite extremely helpful was happy to explain anything and everything to us. Made booking a pleasure. Well done Tom. 5 stars from us. Phil and Di Gloucester

I hadn't heard of Ocean Florida before and just happened to see it on my news feed. Although we weren't 100% set on booking our holiday for summer 2027 yet, we found the quote was exactly what we needed so ended up booking everything within a week of our initial enquiry! A big thanks to Tom who put everything together for us including some extras that we're very happy with. All of our questions were answered very quickly and now we're just looking forward to our holiday! Thanks Tom!

We had a lovely holiday, but unfortunately if anything goes wrong then don’t expect any support.

Our return transfer did not arrive at the agreed time despite the transfer provider contacting us approx 45 mins earlier to confirm the pick up time and location. We were already sat waiting with our cases as we had a flight to catch. The transfer company then messaged 3 minutes after the agreed time to say they would be with us in 35 minutes. This then made everything a rush to get through the airport and to make our flight. We appreciate this isn’t ocean Florida’s fault but it was all booked as part of the package and as such they are responsible for their suppliers.

Ocean Florida promised to refund this part of our trip on 24th August. I have chased this since, and on 21st September I was told this would be processed as soon as possible. It is now the 10th October, over 8 weeks since we got home. My emails asking about a refund are now seemingly ignored.

It’s not even about a £110 refund now, it’s about doing the right thing for customers and sticking to your word. I’ve tried so many ways to speak to the right people or to ask you to get someone to contact me as I shouldn’t have to chase or beg for a refund.

I’d love to go back to Florida. I would definitely think twice about using Ocean Florida.

My booking reference is OFH4098/OH1672412

Update:17/10 - still no contact from Ocean Florida nor a refund.

We have just booked a holiday for 2027. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with how helpful and knowledgeable Ricky is. He happily answered all our questions, gave great advice and recommendations. I called other travel agents at the beginning of my initial enquiries and instantly found Ricky most helpful and easy to talk to. I hope our holiday is a great experience too!

A massive thank you to Sinem Khadem!
I honestly cannot thank you enough for all your help with changing the dates of our holiday. Your customer service was absolutely excellent. The care, understanding and attention to detail you showed throughout the whole process made such a huge difference, especially after the experience I had previously.
Sinem, you were amazing! Your help and kindness have genuinely been appreciated more than you know. Thank you!!!
