I would like to thank Sophie Mercer and her team at Vincent Solicitors Commercial Department in handling the sale of my Newsagent. Very professional and kept informed during the sales process.

I have used Vincent’s Solicitors for myself and for my parents affairs for many years.
I have always found the staff are helpful, efficient and professional in dealing with legal matters quickly.
I would like to thank all the staff who have helped and made a difference while dealing with my family’s affairs.
Even in these trying times of COVID 19 it has been so pleasant to deal with all the staff I have had contact with over the last 12 months.
I make sure I let it be known to friends, neighbours and family how pleased I have been with Vincent’s Solicitors.

Wow.. Used these guys for a probate sale... I've used plenty of others before but JADE and the team at Penwortham were absolutely brilliant to deal with... Kept up to date regularly and negotiated the legal requirements etc with total professionalism..just had to leave a review... . Won't go anywhere else now.. Thanks Jade

Possibly the most inept company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I think they are going for the world record for time taken to get their details corrected on a morgage document. We are now approaching 2 weeks for what should have been a 5 min job and the over nighted and available the next day. If you don't want anyone to call you or provide answers or any kind of advice then Vincents is the solicitors for you. If you want a professional service I suggest you look elsewhere. If I could give them minus stars I would. Epically inept.

Vincents were recommended to me through the builder i was purchasing with.

They were a lot more expensive than initially quoted. The Solicitor only worked 3 days a week and nothing got done on the other two days.
Paperwork was once sent out incorrectly and i had to re-send (Special Delivery).
I understand Solicitors usually work at their own pace but i feel like i didn't receive any benefit to them through being recommended. In the end everything was done very last minute on my completion which i was grateful for but it could have been a lot more organised.
I couldn't honestly recommend them and i would instead use a number of other Solicitors before them which i wish i would have used instead.

Dont trust Vincent's solicitors hav failed in every way possible they take ur money dont care offer then let u down they are dangerous liars unforgiveable deceitful forgetful vengeful disrespectful hav no guilt or empathy totally unprofessional evidence and proof with legal and financial ombudsmans'do not trust whatever you do

Called this company as had a urgent matter and new business. They promised someone would call me that day. I made sure the phone was free all afternoon, but they didn't call. No apology

Awful service. All they were bothered about were their own interests. Absolutely self serving to the nth degree. No regard for us as customers. I would never, ever, ever use Vincent’s. Do yourself a massive favour, go and find a proper reputable surveyor to act on your behalf.

Terrible communication. If you are lucky enough to get transferred to a voicemail - it wont be returned. Will not be recommending or using this company again.

JUST COMPLETED ON THE CONVEYANCE OF A TERRACED HOUSE IN PRESTON. GOOD SERVICE THROUGH THE PROCESS WITH TELEPHONE CALLS AT THE COMPLETION. GOOD LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM JADE DRIVER AT A SENSIBLE PRICE ALSO.WOULD USE AGAIN.

Excellent service from Vincents solicitors in Preston who came highly recommended by an estate agent after our existing solicitor failed to advance our house sale and the buyer was about to pull out. Without their help I am convinced the sale would not have gone through. Jemma and Jade were so helpful, responded to any questions promptly and got the sale completed in record time during lockdown. Great service and I can't thank them enough. Highly recommended.

I recently used Vincents Solicitors for the conveyancing on the sale of my property, with Jack Andreae assigned to me.
Jack was extremely professional and proactive throughout the transaction, which unfortunately dragged on due to a slow buyer and an unhelpful estate agent. Jack kept me sane and I would highly recommend him, and the firm, to everyone.
I will definitely be using Vincents next time I need legal assistance.

Just wanted to share my experience with Vincents. we had quite a long drawn out process due to delays being caused by the buyer (and his solicitor). during the whole process Vincents were prompt, diligent, completely professional and in fact went over and above what they are normally meant to do. they actually chased the buyers solicitor on my behalf and at the same time had all my paperwork ready well before time. i can honestly say that if it wasnt for vincents help, i would not have completed my sale/purchase. a big thank you to the whole team but Jack Andreae in particular who dealt with my sale.

Had nothing but one big nightmare with this lot during a simple conveyancing project they did for us.

They failed to pick up on what I now know to be a very easily discoverable Covenant on the land. Something that even a Junior conveyancer should have been able to spot from the various searches that happen as part of the standard process.

We went ahead on the basis that there wasn't anything bad about the land and when they discovered their error rather than come clean about it they tried to persuade my wife to sign her acceptance of it retrospectively ( a month after the sale had completed). Had I not seen it she would have signed it. Hiding the error in my view was the biggest problem and in breach or virtually every Law Society rule on Professional Conduct.

THEN they refused to speak to us and battened down the hatches not responding to our calls or emails. They’ve still not responded and we’ve had to instruct another solicitor to potentially sue them… in the next month if they still fail to respond

We're over a year down the line now and still not got even received one penny from them and are about to have to issue proceedings at great cost to us..... What could have been an easily resolved problem has turned into one the most stressful 2 years of our lives.

We’ve complained the Law Society and others with little or no help from them either.

I'd not recommend these people to anyone. Totally unprofessional lot.
God help anyone who engages with them if anything goes wrong… as we all know it does from time to time.
