This is the worst experience , what should have been a protection for purchase of flats in the rise liverpool ended up with me loosing over £140K due to lack of their due diligence and despite me warning them at 2nd instalment that something is off with the Rise developed by Kerry Tomlinson of prime site. Please avoid this firm if you do not want to lose your money .

Joe dealt with the sale of a property for the family. Communication is always the key to any business and Joe responded quickly and professionally to all my queries. He made himself accessible and was friendly, efficient and honest in all our communications.

I am complaining on behalf of a family member who is too scared to complain and think it may jeopardise their outcome as the service is still ongoing, even though she is paying THEM for their help?? When she first began working with this company they seemed professional, knowledgeable and friendly, this soon changed though. Now that it's further down the line, it seems like they are stringing her along and taking as long as possible to complete the simplest tasks (simple for a qualified solicitor, I would imagine.).

She is lucky to even get through to them via telephone, the line rings and rings and 9/10 nobody answers. Emails are very far and few between. They have lacked in providing and requesting from other companies important documentation and forms which are vital for the outcome of this whole service! The communication is shocking, they should be more on the ball and responsive for the amount of money that all of their clients are paying them, surely if someone was paying for your services you would want to uphold your 'clearly better' name that they give themselves.

They state on their website that they have 120 staff throughout their different offices in Lancashire, do none of them actually work? Because it seems like no one is ever in! I will be glad when this whole ordeal is over with and my family member is rid of them! Absolutely embarrassing behaviour from them, they clearly do not have a clue!

Really poor service . Real battle to get up to date updates , we had to chase everything ourselves and were met with poor dismissive attitudes , almost as if it was an inconvenience for us to ask for an update on a completion date . Unnecessary delays cost us hundreds of pounds resulting in avoidable stress and frustration.

We recently sold a property using Vincents- Kerry Rankine looked after us throughout the process and she was excellent. She kept us updated on everything that was happening with the sale and she was quick to chase things up if there were any issues.

The property was a Buy to Let and the whole process took 2.5 months - including the 2 week Xmas ‘close down’ of most businesses.

We sold another BtL property last year and Vincents were streets ahead of the other solicitors we used in terms of efficiency, service and professionalism. Great value for money too!

This will be our 4th house move and purchase and I can’t thank Vincent’s Solicitors enough. Everything has been easy, smooth and efficient. I haven’t had to chase them with phone calls, communication has been clear and every step has been acted on immediately. We have never experienced this previously and are very greatful to them as they have taken the stress out of it all.

Honest, efficient, reliable

This firm is a complete nightmare with regard to conveyancing (in particular Luke Robinson). Even though they wasn't my direct solicitor they were awful in delaying my transaction from proceeding by not responding to my own solicitor and then when a proposed completion date was proposed - the solicitor made a complete mess of it all in not even arranging for his client's monies to be sent hence delaying the matter yet again! It took 7 months for my sale to be dealt with (which should have been very straightforward with their being no chain) and all down to the continued delays in not responding to emails/calls. Absolutely shocking!

Callum and his team at Vincent’s worked hard to deliver a slick conveyancing experience again second to none and beyond compare. The work was carried out speedily and with all the due diligence and friendliness that I’ve come to expect and appreciate so much. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

Shocking! We purchased a house that Vincent’s were acting for the seller. From start to finish Jemma and her junior assistant Felicity were less than useless. They delayed returning or suppling information, then when the information was sent, there was bits missing or incorrect. The contract and TR1 form was sent £15,000 light of the offer price. Then they only sent the bank details at 8.30am on the morning of completion. Obviously delaying us moving in. They would not work with the estate agents with updates and required information. This was a none dependent cash sale that should have taken 4-6 weeks maximum, it took almost 5 months. The stress to their client and ourselves was immense and unnecessary. If we didn't love the house as much as we did we would have walked away.

Absolutely pathetic service. Charged me for their neglegency and mistakes. First too slow in response and doing their job and charged me for their neglegency.
I'll have yo complaint to Law society if I don't get refunded within a week through my solicitors.

Don't recommend this company whatsoever.

At best uncommunicative, at worst downright rude!

Took over 6 months to complete on the sale of my flat, with a cash buyer, who had a couple of months ago purchased a unit in the same development.

No communication at all from Vincents, often had to chase for a few days in a row to get a 'we'll look into it' response. They just didn't seem to give a damn about their clients.

Had a recent remortgage complete and Callum and Rhian helped me a lot. I was very satisfied with the service and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Gail Whitehead and her team are really thorough , would highly recommend Vincent’s , no stone is unturned, they are worth there weight in gold , wouldn’t go with anyone else.

These guys certainly know what they are doing.
I can’t thank Gail enough, mine was not an easy house purchase but we managed to get there in the end .
