Ho acquistato il VILEDA H2PRO SPIN MOP SYSTEM non potevo acquistare cosa peggiore perché oltre al prezzo eccessivo la qualità del prodotto risulta altamente scarso ( il mogio della scopa dopo il primo utilizzo era tutto aggrovigliato risultando un ammasso unico) la performance che non garantisce quello da loro dichiarato. In poche parole qualità prezzo molto scarsa

Compré el tendedero Infinity Flex Extensible Ultimate y va genial para tender muchas prendas desde sábanas a calcetines, pero tuve un problema al cabo de unas semanas y consulté a Atención al Cliente que han sido muy rápidos en dar respuesta, muy claros y correctos, y han resuelto la incidencia. Gracias!

La promoción es engañosa, pese a que introduces correctamente los datos, sale como fallo del cliente, y no deja avanzar. El producto es bastante mediocre, y no escurre suficiente.

I purchased a Vileda Mop and bucket set for £19.99 from Costco. This broke within one month's useage (in fact the first time we used it). The handle would not stay put and snapped. Very, very poorly made. As the store is quite a way from my home, I contacted Vileda by email on 27 March 2026 with video and photo evidence along with the receipt. No response. Sent a second email 10 days later. No response. Left 3 voicemail messages on their Customer Service line (where you never get to speak to anyone) and guess what? No response. Incredibly poor (non existant) Customer Service and shoddily made bad products. Awful, awful company, stay well clear.

La Vileda fa oramani prodotti molto scarsi e sono costosi , ho acquistato una scopa 12 euro dopo qualche giorno senza usarla si staccavano i pisolino, ho contattato il servizio clienti Vileda ho inviato tutte le foto dettagliate , mi ha chiesto lo scontrino , chi conserva lo scontrino di una scopa. Mia moglie acquista un mocio lo mette al manico senza metterlo nemmeno in acqua si stacca tutto.

Ich würde 0 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte... inzwischen ist mein 3 Wäscheständer von Vileda einfach kaputt! Die Stangen brechen ständig ab, obwohl angeblich witterungabeständig. Dafür sind die Teile einfacv zu teuer!

Purchased a Vileda Supedry Hoist Rotary Hoist Dryer.
The mechanism for raising and lowering the pole has become disconnected.
Followed Vileda online instruction to
re - engage mechanism without success.
Emailed them and left messages on their answerphone.
No reply from either.
Customer service does not exist.

Poor quality mops that break very easily and I suspect this is a purposeful design flaw.
Company refuses to communicate with me properly.
I advise anyone to not purchase from this company as they as basically scamming thieves.
Disgusting.
Need reporting en mass to trading standards.

Always used Vileda mops for years.Now these new mop heads are rubbish.Combed stores over for original versions none to be found.Why is newer always deemed better.? Same with newer GRams .Not a patch on the original.. Listen to customers instead of being hell driven ro re package, change when there's nothing wrong with the original.I am not luddite but come on who's kidding who ?

Absolutely diabolical mop, do not waste your money on this mop, trying to replace the sponge is just not possible, not the cheapest mop either

Non ho MAI avuto un'esperienza peggiore su un sito online, al servizio clienti tutte donne che non capiscono NIENTE.

Una settimana ad aspettare merce che mi serve perché LORO sbagliano a scrivere l'indirizzo,tra l'altro un indirizzo inventato totalmente con una parola inesistente, guardare su google maps era una cosa troppo avanti vero???

Experiencia nefasta, no escurre bien y sobre todo me ha dejado marcada el agua en mi suelo de mármol.Al no secar bien el suelo ha absorbido el agua y me lo ha dejado todo manchado.He querido descambiarla en supermercados Más y se han negado, postventa pésima.

Non so quanti bastoni per il mocio ho buttato via.Parlo del classico bastone col fiocco,da quando è cambiato l'attacco non mi trovo più bene perché strizzando il fiocco si rompono i dentini dentro e il bastone gira a vuoto,non si può più strizzare.Capisco che è un ottimo modo per fare girare i soldi ma non ne compro più.Passo ad un'altra marca.

Trotz Einsendung der Referenzteile (auf unsere Kosten) ist nach 3 Monaten mail ping pong weder eine Ersatzlieferung bzw. Erstattung des Kaufpreises erfolgt.
Mahnung, 2. Mahnung mit Fristsetzung ... es wird alles ignoriert.

I’m just like all the other reviews here , I have always had a Vileda mop ALWAYS I never change because I use to love it and also made all my friends family relatives to like it , it’s easy clean u can wash it reusable , but in the last a few years it became a nightmare and so frustrating to get the mop head out of the bucket to the spin because it’s so loose , I don’t know what they changed to make it the worst mop it went from 10/10 to 0/10 this is my forth one BTW I did return and refund for the second and third then the fourth one I said maybe it is me then I hear from other people they are complaining from the same problem then I came to see the reviews. Everyone complaining about the head not sticking to the base , I do ask Vileda to fix the issue please 🙏
