Very pleased with my Vax pro cordless vacuum cleaner,but did have a problem with the cleaner head intermittent brush head not working.
Following contact via WhatsApp contacted by Aaron who was very helpful in explaining everything,and after some trouble shooting arranged to send me a new cleaner head,very pleased with quality and prompt service,highly recommend.

Brilliant product - my second Vax cleaner in 20 or more years! Long lasting and a great clean. Delivery was several days quicker than predicted.

A powerful and effective upright cleaner which gave me great results from my first proper clean in a good few years, on all of my carpets. The resulting visible dirty water in the clear tank, gave a great 'Dirt Scourge 2000' impression! On the 'quick clean' setting, everything was indeed suitable for walking on, less than an hour afterwards. The wand brush is a little less powerful (for stairs and furniture etc) but still produced clean results... even though the carpet was left a little more damp. The main drawback seems to be the price of the cleaning solution, which does make me wonder if this is a 'cheap printer but extortionate ink prices' deal. Lastly, taking it apart to clean the machine itself afterwards seemed a little bit cumbersome.

Brilliant carpet cleaner. What a difference it makes to my light coloured carpets. Only problem for me is the cleaning of the machine afterwards. It unclips easily up to the last stage which then involves a screwdriver.

The machine is very heavy to cart up and down stairs. It lifts lots of fibre from the carpet, even on a light clean and all the parts get clogged up very easily. I only used it for 2 rooms and I had to clean every part afterwards - it is very fiddly to take apart. Quite disappointed with this carpet cleaner.

Needs returning - water doesnt dispense 😬. Friend has one which works well. First time out of the box and despite several attempts the water doesnt dispense.

Always have vax cleaners. Bought a cheaper make that didn't even pick up. This one is powerful not heavy and easier to use due to my arthritis
