I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience on victory too. The service was wonderful as was the food. All of my excursions were very enjoyable.

Shout out to the great service of our servers Maria and Sarah, our bartenters Rey and Jerich, our room steward Louie! They were fantastic; working above and beyond.
The quality and variety of the food were very good! Shout out to executive chef Ross.
All employees were very friendly and always helpful.
Lastly, shout out to Wendy! She organized all excursions seamlessly and was always cheerful and personable!

Great people; great service; great food; great experiences

My mom and I went on the Great Lakes trip and the staff on the ship went above and beyond to accommodate all of the passengers on board. Our cabin steward Ari was the best. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel so comfortable with her warmth.

The food was very good. The staff were all super friendly and attended to our every need. Ari was awesome! The ship was clean. The excursions were even better than we had hoped, but we felt very rushed at a couple of them. The talks were interesting and relevant. There could have been more staff serving appetizers at Happy Hour as we only got one or two the whole trip. Our room was extremely small and would have liked a place to comfortably sit in our room. We only could sleep there.

Everything was top notch and great! All positive, no negatives. We loved everything about our Victory II experience. We are not cruisers not world travelers, so we wondered if this trip would be “out of our league”, but it was an “out of this world” experience for us! Highly recommend. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Ports were interesting and well organized.

Great check in and check out procedures, delicious food, free beverages including alcohol was such a treat, excursions were well planned, tour guides were great and I especially like Driver Rafi and Badger Bob. Compass Lounge Prep Talks were interesting and helpful. Cabin service was excellent (shout out to Jo!).
Improvement needed: some excursion info was given with conflicting info....2 different departure times, for example, for the same excursion. All wait staff were excellent/polite/attentive (especially Preston and Jose!) ...with the exception of Ismael. Perhaps he just had a bad night. He treated us with an abruptness the entire meal, slung silverware hurriedly to where a knife fell down my back, spilled water on my husband, cut us off in mid-sentence.

The servers and housekeepers were excellent. Irene, housekeeper, went out of her way to make us comfortable. Maria, server, was excellent. Excursion director had a difficult time giving explanations of excursions

Staff was outstanding. Very professional, very thorough, very friendly, very polite. Accommodations were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower was waaaaay too small.

Food was good, but not great. Food service was outstanding. Tyronne made all the difference.

Would recommend better service for the television, even if it was only in the bar. Bar waiters and waitresses were great.

Cruise was generally smooth with the exception of one day. Bus service and drivers were excellent.

The land tour to the market was a joke and needs to be replaced with something much nicer and more interesting. Tour guides were all very good and professional.

I was a little concerned that Victory didn’t show up on my Great Lakes tour via the internet. But I’m very happy our travel agent found it. It is a smaller ship with small rooms but more than adequate. Wonderful staff and GREAT food. The portions are sized to not gain weight but with alcohol consumption I gained 6 pounds. Very interesting excursions and guides very knowledgeable. I will definitely go again most likely the Lake Superior one.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding in both the Grill & the Coaster Dinning Room. The music in the evening was outstanding. We had the the singer on a previously cruise line. The only negative thing was we thought at types the directions for the next day activities were not clearly explained.

We had a lovely, relaxing Great Lakes cruise. We also learned a lot about the Great Lakes and especially enjoyed going through the locks. All of the staff was helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Service was great, staff went above and beyond. Food a little too exotic for my taste buds, but plenty of variety. The scenery was remarkable and made for good photographs with my DSLR.

The staff and the services provided were excellent.
The ship itself is in immaculate condition and the itinerary was wonderful. The meals were delicious and plentiful.
The only downside was the size of the cabins but honestly, you were only in them to sleep and shower.

We were so happy with how clean and well kept all areas of the ship were...the housekeepers are so accomodating...filling up our water bottles,listening to any concerns we had and acted immediately on any requests, cleaning our room at convienent times and greeting you with a smile every day. The food choices were wonderful...it would be hard to imagine not finding thigs to eat. The wait staff was also incredibly attentive to our needs...they had it to us before we even asked. Every worker on the ship always took time to say hello. Never having been on the lakes we really enjoyed all the stops the ship made. The Lakelorian and the cruise shore director were great..so helpful and took time to make sure we had the right info at each trip. Having the same buses was very nice...great drivers and buses were always clean. The local guides were all really worth listening to too. The nightly entertainment was so enjoyable...what a talented group of musicians...they did a great job! My one suggestion would be to have a hotel that had a shuttle from the airport to take when you arrived to start your trip. The hotel was fine.
