DO NOT BUY THIS

DO NOT BUY THIS! My ridge beam connector broke with a light snow, parts break not a big deal. However you cannot buy replacement parts for the Greenhouse!!! Purchased from HD, but they told me to call Veikous to get replacement parts! Veikous states that they will only sell a whole new one. NO parts what-so-ever!

Wow, they see this review and tell me to contact customer service! I call and Guess what ??? Their resolution was to sell me another 8x16 greenhouse. NO parts. NO Discount.

Don’t fall for the good deal- don’t do it

Don’t fall for the good deal- it’s too good to be true. The greenhouse arrived and was assembled. As we assembled it we noticed inconsistencies in the length of the panels where a few wouldn’t even reach over the frame so there were gas that’s couldn’t be sealed. some of the screw/bolts got stripped easily, and the frame was immediately unstable. Within a week it was falling apart with panels falling out and the door sagging enough it couldn’t be closed properly. Put the panels back and again with a little rain panels were falling out again. The roof dipped in even with the two small supports that were provided. We anchored it since they didn’t provide anchors, and even with them the whole greenhouse started to slant one way so we just ended up taking it back down within two weeks of having it up. Not worth the hassle and the horrible customer service.

All six boxes came packaged well and on time. Once we are able to install the greenhouse we will update our review.

8x10 Greenhouse

Shipping was fast. Product was exactly what we expected and everything was there, including a few extras just in case you lost a screw. Instructions super easy to follow! Was able to put it up in a days time frame.

Sturdy Chicken Coop for My Backyard

I chose this Veikous chicken coop because the size is just right for my backyard, and the metal roof feels sturdy. It took me around 2 hours to assemble. It goes much faster if you build it on a dry day. It rained here before I finished putting the roof on, so I had to wait a day for things to dry before moving the chickens in.

This company is a fraud!!

This company is a fraud!!! I've filed claims with the BBB. Boyght the 8x8 shed, 18 pieces damaged. Call they're so called customer service dept only to get hung up on by some employee named Joel ..he refused to give me his badge number or last name!! Then emailing another horrible employee. ..TRACY BUCHANAN who's MULTIPLE EMAILS refuse to provide me with any supervisor/management information!!! She has emailed multiple times that she cannot provide any information regarding her bosses!!!! Unbelievable!!! Her, Joel, and anyone with this company is garbage. They all could care less about honest paying customers and making wrong right. I'm telling everyone I possibly know to stay clear of this horrible company. My daughter's are big social media influencers... I'VE PUT THE WORD OUT TO THEM(and friends) TO POST COMMENTS ON THIS DUMP OF A COMPANY. Obviously this dump company loves to take the money and run. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH A COMPANY IN THE LAST 10+ YEARS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!1000% Can't wait to see they're ass kissing response to this email.

FAST shipping and customer support!

FAST shipping and customer support!! I had 2 boxes to be delivered. Only one box was delivered, so I emailed support asking if I could get a tracking number for the second box since I did not see one in my emails from the company. The responded within hrs and let me know what the shipping ID was on the second box and I should be seeing it soon. The second box was delivered within a couple of days. Great customer support!

A beautiful border between properties

The metal garden beds were easy to assemble snd are very attractive. I haven’t added soil or plants yet as still too cold here but am anxious for warmer weather and planting.

Can't buy replacement parts?

I purchased a cedar poly greenhouse. It was easy to install and works well. The issue is customer service. I want to purchase a replacement roof panel (no damage, I just want a spare). I spoke with customer service (seems to be off-shore). They told me to contact the 3rd party store where I purchased the unit. I told them the 3rd party directed me to contact veikous as they did not sell replacement parts. Cust. Svc then told me that they could get a replacement part if one was damaged (required a code located only on the shipping box which has been recycled) but could not provide a spare if I wanted to buy one. I was confused to say the least. The Cust. Svc. person kept repeating the same statement with no other options offered. I was very disappointed in this level of customer service. I will not recommend this unit to anyone due to the extremely poor level of customer service.

Missing pieces

We bought the family three reindeer set, put it together and they never included the power cord in the box. Now I’ve been going back and forth with the company for a week trying to get a cord and adapter shipped and now “they are out of stock”. This experience has been horrible and wish we would have just returned it

Bad Workmanship

I purchased VEIKOUS 6 ft. 3D Post Light Outdoor Christmas Holiday Yard Decoration Cool White LED and VEIKOUS4.5 ft. 3D Reindeer Family Outdoor Christmas Holiday Yard Decoration Cool White LED through Home Depot to Decorate my front yard. Now,as you can tell it says Yard Decoration. Well, after care inspection of the electrical connections on both products they are not weatherproof. Small Electronics connectors that connect the LED lights to each other are not weatherproof. They connectors that you’ll find in enclosed Electrical components. There are no weather sealing on these Connectors to keep the environment out. However, luckily for me I also purchased a 2 year warranty with Allstate through Home Depot. So, if these two Yard Decorations doesn’t work because of bad workmanship l am covered. Lastly, if you do decide to purchase one of these yard Decors please make sure you purchase a warranty with them.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I PROMISE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! My wife and I bought this shed approximately one year ago. We live in sunny Southern California. Once it was built, we painted it with TWO coats of Home Depots "BEST" outdoor paint. Honestly, within ONE YEAR the chip wood is starting to lift and PEEL OFF!!! (I want to show this with pictures for you but, I am not having any success doing so). I am now having to buy vinyl siding sheets and install the sheets over the existing wood to hopefully stop the decomposing of the wood!!! I contacted the mfg. and they told me that my one-year warranty had expired and that there is nothing they can do!!! Come to find out, the product is made in China.

Our wood sheds are designed for typical outdoor residential use, and like most engineered wood products, long-term exposure to intense sunlight and moisture can still cause wear over time, even when exterior paint is applied. That said, we understand how disappointing this is, particularly when you expected longer-lasting performance.
Regarding the warranty, our policy covers manufacturing defects within the stated period, and we regret that your issue occurred outside that timeframe. While we're unable to offer a replacement under warranty, we do appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our materials and product guidance for future customers.

Beware – Defective Product & Terrible Customer Service

I purchased this Veikous Gazebo on September 22, and it was delivered on September 29. Upon opening the box, one of the main structural pieces (the A Column) was bent and damaged, making the gazebo unsafe to assemble.

I immediately contacted the manufacturer, sent detailed photos (which I’ve included here), and was told a replacement part would be shipped. Nearly two weeks later, I’ve received no replacement, no tracking, and no real updates—just repeated delays and poor communication.

This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I’m now returning the entire gazebo and losing the sale price I originally paid.

Buyers beware: do not purchase from Veikous. Their customer service is unresponsive and they do not stand behind their products. Save yourself the hassle and choose another brand.

After you contacted us and provided photos, we confirmed a replacement A column and initiated the process with our manufacturing partner. Replacement structural parts are prepared and shipped separately, which can unfortunately take longer than standard parcel shipments. Once the replacement was ready, we also shared the outbound shipment information with you.
We regret that our communication did not meet your expectations during this process.

If I could give this company 0 stars I absolutely would. I bought an outdoor swing not even 6 months ago and it is already falling apart!! This swing was about $150 and they thought a $20 refund would be understanding?! BULLSHIT. Save your time and money because their stuff is built CHEAP. Their customer service is AWFUL!

Edit to add: sent an email and customer service told me no on a refund again, since it was past the warranty( of course bc I posted this last fall and they just responded on here a few days ago ). Look at all of these AWFUL reviews! There are more bad than good. This is an awful company. STEER FAR AWAY! Customer service is also a joke, thanks for no help Tracy.

This company is awful

This company is awful. I asked a simple question to their customer service about one of the few products they advertise. The customer service representative then asked ME to provide the details on THEIR product. I then had to wait for the rep to look it up and they apparently had no information on it. I then got upset and asked how they couldn't have the information on their own product and the representative to me they contacted the manufacturer and couldn't get the information from them either. I only asked what temperatures and if their greenhouse could withstand snow. These, to me at least, seem like questions you should have the answer to if you're selling a small outdoor building. Will never recommend to anyone.
