The small screws and difficult alignment clearly caused unnecessary strain.

The need to find alternative fasteners and worry about rodent-proof gaps should not be part of your experience.

This is not the level of quality or design we aim for. Your comments about magnetized screws, better hole alignment, and bottom gaps are being shared with our product team immediately.
