So happy with my new gazebo! It looks beautiful and feels super sturdy, definitely not filmsy at all since the posts and panels are really thick. Also, huge shoutout to their customer service - I needed to change the size right after ordering and they sorted it out so fast!

Item out of stock forever - terrible communication

One of your raised beds in the exact color I need has been out of stock since February with very vague communication about when it will be back. I finally had to buy one in a non-matching color. The whole experience really left something to be desired from the company.

WORST COMPANY, AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have never been more disappointed in my life with a company. God himself would not be able to convince me to purchase another item or recommend this company to worst person on the planet.

We ordered a 12x24 pergula through Home Depot on May 26th. Veikous was supposed to ship it for it to arrive on June 3rd. There was no communication from the company, so when Home Depot and myself tried to call the customer service line, no one answered for 4 days. Our pergula finally arrived on June 13th ( 10 days after the promised arrival); however, as my contractors were putting it together, the roof boards were not aligning. They were all warped making the top portion of the roof unable to align. I immediately took pictures and emailed them to the customer service email. Tracy responded after midnight and asked what I needed. I asked for the roof boards to be re-shipped, because all but 3 were damaged, so that my contractor could put it together properly. Her response was they didn't have all of those pieces to send so they could offer me an $80 refund on a completely defective roof that was a manufacturer error because the boards are not straight. We have exchanged over 20 emails with no solution except the $80 refund. After explaining that the wood I would have to purchase and get cut, plus the contractor fee from coming back out to re-install it was going to be over $450, she returned with a $100 refund. From that point on she made it seem like my contractors bent the boards and it was our problem because we installed it improperly. I have made it clear from day one when I sent the original photos of the curved boards that were not aligning causing the cross boards to have massive gaps that this was not in anyway our fault, and that I would take replacement pieces. Tracy has made it abundantly clear that they do NOT have those to send. Tracy's customer service emails are rude, they come after midnight, which is deeply concerning when you invest $1400 into a home improvement. When I send quotes from their website on refund/replacement policy she disregards them and makes you feel like you are the problem. She made the comment that I should have reached out earlier, I guess not remembering that I in fact reached the next day after it was finally delivered only to have faulty parts.

I will say it again, I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISGUSTED WITH A COMPANY. If I could give negative inifinity stars, I would. The pictures are beautiful online, but do not be deceived. If you want to save yourself a headache, order from another company!!!!

It arrived on time

It arrived on time. Instructions were good. The product was perfect. Installation was easy. Couldn’t ask for more. Fit perfect with our 55” Samsung smart tv. I highly recommend it. The only thing was it was heavy and takes two people to put up. Being heavy wasn’t a complaint just made well and not flimsy. Looks great up!!!

The base frame was constructed from pressure-treated timber and filled with crushed stone. Overall, everything went smoothly. We can fit a lot of stuff in it, including tools, a lawnmower, and other things.

Damaged sauna, months of delays, no adequate resolution

I purchased a Veikous sauna through Home Depot as a Christmas gift. The sauna arrived with multiple issues: both glass heating tubes were broken, the cup holder and towel holder were missing, and the door had structural damage around the hinge area. The door issue was not cosmetic. The wood around the hinge was cracked/separating, and that hinge supports the glass door.

We followed the installation requirements and paid for professional installation, including a dedicated 20 amp circuit. Unfortunately, the full extent of the damage was not clear until the unit was assembled. Because this is a heat-producing product with a glass door, I was not comfortable treating structural door damage as a simple DIY glue/sealant repair.

Veikous did send replacement heating tubes and the missing accessories. However, the first replacement tube shipment also arrived with one tube broken and had to be resent. The larger issue—the damaged door—was never properly resolved.

Veikous repeatedly stated that they could not provide a replacement door and suggested using wood glue, sealant, and reinforcement instead. I requested escalation or direct supervisor/manager contact, but no direct contact was provided. The issue dragged on for months.

Home Depot offered to accept a return, but returning an already professionally installed sauna would have left me out the installation and electrical costs. In practical terms, I was left choosing between returning the product and losing significant sunk costs, or accepting a partial refund and paying out of pocket to repair a damaged new product.

Veikous ultimately offered only a $250 partial refund. I accepted it only because the process had gone on for months and I needed to move forward. I do not consider $250 adequate compensation for a new sauna that arrived with structural door damage and still requires professional repair to be safely usable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a high-dollar product from Veikous unless you are prepared for very limited support if a major structural component arrives damaged.

We deeply regret that the shipping process did not deliver your sauna as we sent it. As for the door, we completely understand your concerns. We did try to arrange a replacement door for you, but due to size constraints, the manufacturer was unable to send it to us. And sorry that the replacement tube arrived broken and for the long wait.

Poor & Atrocious Customer Support

I purchased two Veikous laundry pedestals from Tractor Supply Company. The directions from Veikous were atrocious (yes, I have put together furniture before), they included two metal pieces that did not find anywhere, and when I emailed about this, it took one week for them to come back and say, "Please kindly try & install. Sorry." I called the 800# included in the directions and it went to voicemail. Tractor Supply Company support was FANTASTIC, but I will not be buying Veikous products again.

Honestly

Honestly, you can't beat the price for these fences. Setup was pretty straightforward, and they've held up great sectioning off my garden beds. They look nice too, totally seamless. Definitely buying more.

DONT BUY FROM THEM

Extremely disappointed with VEIKOUS customer service and communication.

We placed an order through Home Depot on June 2 and have spent the past several days trying to get answers about missing shipment packages. The biggest issue has not been the shipping delay itself—it has been the complete lack of communication and customer support from VEIKOUS.

We have called numerous times during the customer service hours listed on the VEIKOUS website, left voicemails, sent emails, and repeatedly attempted to get updates. Most calls go unanswered, voicemails are not returned, and when responses do come through, they often arrive late at night and fail to address the questions being asked.

Even more concerning, Home Depot representatives have also attempted to contact VEIKOUS multiple times regarding our order and have frequently been unable to reach anyone. Throughout this process, we have received conflicting information about the shipment status, and it appears there has been little communication between departments within VEIKOUS as well. We were even told that emails sent by Home Depot’s escalation team were never seen by the appropriate department.

When we were finally able to speak with a representative by phone, the interaction was extremely unhelpful. We were told there was no one available to provide additional information, no direct contact number for assistance, and that all communication had to go through a general email address. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, the representative simply repeated that we would have to wait for an email response.

At this point, we have spent days chasing information ourselves, coordinating between Home Depot, FedEx, and VEIKOUS because no one at VEIKOUS seems able to provide clear answers regarding the status of the shipment.

Shipping delays can happen. What should not happen is customers and retailers being unable to get basic information, receive timely responses, or reach someone who can actually help.

We simply want accurate information, accountability, and a resolution. Unfortunately, our experience with VEIKOUS customer service has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we have encountered.

In our most recent interaction with their customer service the representative hung up as we addressing our concerns.
Update:

Since posting this review, VEIKOUS responded publicly stating that they had arranged a replacement shipment and apologized for the inconvenience. While I appreciate the response, the issues unfortunately did not end there.

Before the replacement shipment arrived, VEIKOUS emailed me stating that because of all the delays and inconvenience, they would apply for a partial refund if we kept the gazebo. I also have emails confirming this offer.
Because the replacement package was going to arrive after our June 20 graduation part—the entire reason we purchased the gazebo—we asked whether the shipment could be expedited. I even contacted FedEx directly, and they informed me that while I could not request an upgrade as the recipient, the shipper could contact FedEx to request expedited service. I relayed this information to VEIKOUS, but they declined to pursue that option.

During the delays, Home Depot attempted to help by placing what they described as a replacement order because no one could tell us when the missing package would arrive. We never requested two gazebos—we were simply trying to make sure we would have one in time for the event.

Later, VEIKOUS reversed its position and told us that because there was a second order, we were no longer eligible for the partial refund that had previously been offered.

However, when we went to Home Depot to pick up the gazebo, the store employees told us they only had one gazebo available for pickup. There was never a second gazebo for us to take home. Despite explaining this, VEIKOUS has continued to deny the partial refund without clearly explaining why the original offer is no longer being offered.
Communication has also continued to be a major issue. Responses often take days, many of my questions go unanswered, and I continue to receive the same generic replies. I have repeatedly asked for a direct phone number or contact information for a supervisor or manager because the public customer service number has been largely unhelpful. When I have reached someone by phone, I have typically been told that a ticket would be created, but I never received follow-up on those tickets.
At this point, I am not asking for anything beyond what was originally offered. I am simply asking they honor the partial refund they offered via email and social media, and to provide a way to speak with someone who has the authority to resolve this matter

Worth buying

Got a bar recently. Packaged well, nothing got damaged. The instructions were easy to follow. It took 2 people to put together and we did it with no problem. The tedious part was the unboxing. It's got a TV bracket, storage, and counter space to put things on. Makes our patio actually usable. I haven't found stools for it yet, but can't wait to buy some to finish it off.

I got the 47-inch Veikous 5-tier…

I got the 47-inch Veikous 5-tier shelving for my living room and it's honestly a lifesaver for organization. It's super sturdy and handles heavy stuff like a champ. Love that it has the option to add wheels too, makes moving it around so much easier!

I contacted the company because the greenhouse is not getting enough air circulation. Their response was ineffective.

I contacted the company because the greenhouse gets too hot as there is not enough ventilation. I have used two fans to extract the hot air and cool the plants. Their response, instead of giving me options for installing a fan, or any other way to increase circulation, was to open the door and vents. The most ridiculous response ever and i would not recommend the product. I live in the Pacific Northwest and it doesn't get that hot! Last summer I lost a lot of plants due to the heat inside!

To effectively reduce heat buildup, we recommend combining these things: putting some shade cloth or applying shade paint over your greenhouse to block harsh sunlight, keeping the roof vents and doors fully open for natural hot air outflow, keeping them all open even on windless sunny days to prevent unwanted heat and moisture from building up inside, while running your fans (one sucking air in, the other blowing out on the opposite side). It's as advertised just a bit delayed

My pergola kit came in 3 boxes. Two showed up on the same day, but the last one was delayed, which set back my assembly progress. Thankfully, they're in decent condition. It's not hard to follow the instructions. After setting up, it turned out cedar wood. I put solar-powered lights along the top slats and it is magical. Overall, it's a sturdy and beautiful addition to my backyard for the money.

So happy with this privacy fence!! Bought two to hide our gas tanks under the deck. Bolt holes aligned perfectly so assembly was a breeze. Huge visual difference, looks very clean.

12 x 20 gazebo

I received my gazebo quickly, and all the parts were included. I used an 8-foot and a 6-foot stepladder, along with a cordless screwdriver, to tighten the screws. The included Allen wrench helped get the screws started. I also found their assembly videos on YouTube.I had a couple of questions during assembly, and customer service was very helpful. They responded to all of my emails within 24 hours. With the help of customer service, I was able to complete the assembly successfully. Everything feels solid and sturdy. My family will be getting a lot of use out of it this summer.
