Five months with the Vatrer 48V 105Ah in my EZGO TXT and it’s been a nice change from the old setup. I did the swap myself after finding an install video on YouTube. Once I followed the wiring step by step, it was pretty straightforward. Even after 18 holes there’s still a decent amount of charge left.

I’m running six 51.2V 100Ah rack batteries with solar for the critical loads in a 1,500 sq. ft. house. The system has been in service for around a year. The install was more work than I expected. Six batteries are a lot to lift and line up, and routing the cables cleanly in the rack took some time. Access gets tight once everything is in place, so I would leave more working room than you think you need. After the install, there hasn’t been much to mess with. The bank charges from solar and has stayed consistent for the loads we keep on it. I took one star off for the installation hassle, not the battery performance.

To start with I used Meta Ai app and asked what battery would be best for my rv trailer with 400watt solar. Top of the list was Vatrer 300ah battery. Vatrer web site was easy to navigate and order battery from. Battery was delivered in a timely matter and had great tracking. Battery monitoring app works good and has good features. Going to install battery in my trailer today. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would give this company a zero if I could. Do not buy anything from them. They do not honor their warranty. I bought a 600 amp battery five months ago the BMS board has went out in it. I have messed with their tech-support for over seven days with no resolution. Avoid this company at all cost. I am filing a complaint with the state. The warranty is worthless.

My Club Car Onward is mostly used for packages, taking the kids down the street, and short neighborhood trips. I installed the 48V 150Ah battery three months ago. We just charge it when the level gets low, and the range has been more than enough. Four stars for now since it’s still early.

My wife and I have used this 12V 300Ah battery in our Winnebago View for two years. It powers the fridge, water pump and lights when we’re off-grid, with solar handling most of the charging. I only check the Bluetooth app now and then, usually after a few cloudy days. It’s been reliable and mostly something we don’t have to think about.

Ease of installation, awesome power once done, and an excellent upgrade.

I have used Vatrer batteries a couple of times for golf carts and have been very pleased with the product, packaging, instructions and overall packaging and appearance. First class operation....but most of all the top rating is because last order I had a defective part, monitor cable, and I was very pleased with the prompt replies to my notes, fast agreement on what the problem was and very fast response in sending a replacement. Certainly a top rating goes to the person who handled the problem of a faulty cable, Jovie I think was his/her name and confirms the high quality of the company. A special thanks to Jovie for helping me out!

I ordered 3, 12 volt 300 Ah heated batteries to upgrade my system, directly from the Vatrer sight. the order shipped promptly and was delivered quickly. The batteries were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition with a 52% charge. After charging each battery to 100% individually, per instructions they were installed in my trailer. I installed the app which works well. I am very pleased with my decision and the service I received. I would recomend this battery to everyone who is considering a purchase.

I upgraded from my 1-year old (dead) lead acid batteries to Vatrer’s 48v 150Ah lithium battery. Significantly increased my cart’s power, speed, and range. Very pleased with the result. Product was very easy to install!

Shipped fast, great battery

Shipping was delayed due to being out of stock (noticed after order). FedEx then lost package, resulting in package not arriving on time. When attempting to change address with FedEx, they informed that shipper would be required to change it. Customer service representative was clearly overseas and said there were be another 24 hours before being contacted by shipping department. Shipping department told me to contact FedEx to change the address.

The battery is fantastic, has a lot of power and communication with emails was great. We are thrilled with the power the golf cart now has.

5 Stars for the speedy delivery, with very good updates. I have yet to install and test it

Happy this far. I’m setting these batteries up in a 4s2p configuration to make a 30KW bank for my electric sailboat. The batteries came in perfect condition. Bluetooth connects quickly. The app works well and shows the slight variations in the cell voltage. Each battery is being charged to 100% before I wire them all together and test. My Waterworld electric motor needs a maximum of 200amps at 48v, I am running 15 feet of 2/0 cable for each bank. Hope if all keeps going in the right direction.
