Great product! Very happy with our WattCycle batteries. Called on to provide power for a inverter that keeps our pellet stove functioning during the ever increasing grid disruptions! Ha ha... Says in form, date of experience. On going! These were a gift to my son. Might be one of the most useful gift we have given him!

Had my two 12v314Ah batteries since November. Been very happy with them. I emailed customer service and they got back to me in a day or so and resolved the issue in the app. I think it was an app update that bumped them out of parallel. Simple fix.

They were very responsive to the problems I had with a new battery (one cosmetic from shipping and one was the charger I chose), and offered the option of a credit or return. I am using the battery daily, and got the credit with no hassle. I will be buying from them again when I increase capacity in my system. Thanks

A bit weary ordering 1st never used wattcycle before with low price still wasn't sure if legit or not but I didn't have to worry battery arrived this morning 12v100ah trolling well packed will have to wait before I can install and test but visually it looks great and well built

The temperature sensor broke at my battery 280Ah Wattcycle send me a nmew 314 Ah instead without charge .

Justine was my contact for a question I had before purchasing a 314ah smart battery. She quickly responded to my inquiry and even provided me with additional information to guide me in my purchase. Great job from Justine and I am happy with my third Watt Cycle battery purchase.

Es dauert sehr lange bis eine defekte Batterie getauscht wird. Bei meiner neuen 314Ah Batterie hat sich der Deckel gelöst. Ich habe die eingeschickt und warte seit Wochen auf eine neue. Und der Service ist sehr langsam mit Rückmeldungen.

I bought this Wattcycle LiFePO4 battery less than a year ago and the BMS has completely failed. The battery is now reading 0.01V, which is a critical over-discharge state. According to battery safety standards, a lithium battery at this level is a fire and hazmat risk because internal damage can cause thermal runaway if a charge is attempted.
Despite this dangerous failure, Wattcycle refuses to honor their 5-year warranty, and Amazon will not assist because they legally cannot accept a defective lithium battery for return. Neither company is taking responsibility for a hazardous product they sold. I am now stuck with a dangerous piece of electronic waste. Do not buy.

I recently purchased two WattCycle 12V 314Ah Lithium Batteries with Bluetooth for my RV (travel trailer) setup and have been really impressed so far.

The batteries feel solid and well-built, and the capacity is exactly what I needed. In a travel trailer, weight is an important factor, and these are a big upgrade over traditional lead-acid options. I’m running them in a setup with Renogy components (solar + DC-DC + shunt), and everything integrates smoothly.

The Bluetooth functionality is definitely worth it. Being able to monitor the batteries and control charge and discharge on/off directly from the app is a really useful feature, especially when dialing in a full system. I’d absolutely recommend going for the Bluetooth-enabled version.

What stood out even more was the customer service. I ran into a delivery issue with the original shipment, and the WattCycle team handled it quickly and professionally by sending out replacements without hassle. That level of support makes a big difference for a purchase at this level.

Overall, the product delivers on performance and usability, and the company comes across as focused on making high-capacity lithium batteries more accessible without cutting corners. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend.

First off the 48 volt Rack battery performs great with my others 👍😎. Wish all my batteries were WaTtCycle now, the touchscreen is awesome and fuel gauge view is kooool 👍.

Fantastic customer support

At the beginning it was far from ideal my new battery arrived. I excitedly opened it and proceeded to read instructions and get it connected to Bluetooth and charged. My troubles began, I could not switch on battery or connect Bluetooth. I was able to fully charge it, thinking that might be the problem. It was at this time I started emailing WattCycle after several emails and a couple of weeks I now have a new battery and it appears to be performing Ok at the moment. When it’s fully charged I’ll connect it to my Golf Cart and everything should be plain sailing. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 Don’t get me wrong, it appears to be a good unit. I’ll add another review after running my Golf Cart

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had a few questions over several orders and have always received a reply (usually 25-36 hours due to time zone differences) that resolved my question or concern. WattCycle is a fantastic company. Very happy that I found them and as I mentioned, I’ve made several orders already. I have a fourth order planned.

Good my two new batteries installed, and they work great. They split my order and I had to wait a couple weeks for the second battery to arrive. Wattcycle responded to my questions about the location of the second battery, they reordered and got it here quickly. They have also responded to my charging questions twice.
