Never work with this company! My vat number got cancel and they don;t even know why and of course didn't let me know about the problems.
The fiscal representative disappear and I got no explanations about the reasons of my vat number being closed.
Afte that they left me hanging for months without opetations.

There were some issues during the process, but overall the staff was always courteous, professional, and efficient in supporting us. At first, I had attributed part of the difficulty to them regarding the request for certain certified documents, but in reality the misunderstanding was related to the notaries I contacted, not to VATAI.

Overall, the experience was positive. Their team has been very available in helping us address problems and in trying to find solutions whenever needed. The only real downside was that the German authorities lost my documents, and I was only informed about this two months later, which meant I had to restart the process from the beginning.

Despite this inconvenience, I appreciated their willingness to assist and their readiness to help throughout the procedure.

Great experience with vatai unlike previous provider A***K whom I would never wish on anyone.
