Very responsive and service-oriented. I transferred to VAT Digital from a different provider that sometimes took weeks to reply emails. Not the case here. My communications receive replies in hours and my account manager has been solving all issues that came up.

Just a quick word to say how delighted we are to have moved to VAT Digital. Like everybody else who was involved in international trade, we were completely in the dark grappling with the complexities of managing our affairs in the post-Brexit world. We relied upon "experts" to guide through the process and as a result got completely ripped off. Unknowingly, we were paying an absolute fortune to file French VAT returns and International One Shop Stop returns monthly. We have been able to extricate ourselves away from our previous providers and are now been provided with an even better by yourselves for a fraction of the price.
We are so pleased to have made the switch. How many other companies are still being hugely overcharged due to them not being aware of VAT Digital.
