J’ai commander une trop petite
Donc échanger après beaucoup de temps et d’énergie dépend
Retour à les frais bien sûr
Facture de réexpédition et frais de douane que j’avais déjà payé sur l’objet que j’avais retourné bien sûr
Franchement plus jamais
Et la qualité médiocre bien sûr
Donc une commande a plus de 100€ se termine à plus de 170€

J’ai commandé une paire de boucles d’oreilles sur ce site. Lorsqu’elles sont arrivées, l’une d’elle était abîmée et il manquait des brillants dessus. Le service client est difficile à contacter et j’en ai eu pour plus cher de « frais annexes » (taxes douanières, Frais de port,…) que de bijoux.
Aujourd’hui, ils me proposent le renvoi de la paire mais je doit RE payer les taxes douanières qui sont assez élevées. Résultat : une paire de boucles d’oreilles à 60€ et des frais à plus de 75€.
Ne commandez pas sur ce site, le service client est difficile à joindre, la qualité des bijoux n’est pas terrible et le coût final est beaucoup trop élevé !

J'ai passer commande hier vers les 22h ma conjointe n'aime pas du tous la bague comme inscrit dans leurs annulation de commande nous avons un délai de 24h hors aujourd'hui a 17h j'ai envoyer des mails pour annuler la commande et la on me sort que non ce n'est pas possible elle est déjà parti et pour couronner le tout on m'appelle pour me dire qu'elle est bloqué au douanes donc je dois payer c'est quoi cette arnaque !!!! Je demande un remboursement et on ne veut pas je ne conseil a personne ce site une pure arnaque

Si j'avais pris le temps de lire ces commentaires avant de commander...Je ne peux que confirmer la piètre qualité de leur produits...de plus les photos sont trompeuses elles ne reflètent pas le produit fini.Bref entre les frais d'envoi,de gestion,de renvoi, moitié des frais de douane (tout ce qu'ils ne remboursent pas) j'ai un reste à charge de pratiquement 50€...De l'argent perdu,une surprise gâchée,une femme déçu...Ce site est une honte !

N'achetez pas les bijoux Vancaro.
Chers trop chers pour peu de qualités.
Le métal noir au bout de quelques semaines la couleur disparaît, pourtant je l'enlève pour dormir, faire du sport et me doucher.
Mon compagnon a fait un mauvais choix.
Il le regrette.

Franchement je suis très déçu. Reçu deux bagues en 55 mais l une plus petite que l autre et pour le renvoie j ai perdu 50 euros entre le frais et les douanes non remboursable... Lamentable
