They cancelled my order due to a pricing error which is fine. They emailed to let me know and offered a free item and a coupon code for the future. I thanked them and declined the free item. Two weeks later I notice they never refunded me, so I emailed to ask for a refund. That day I got a separate email that my order shipped. I replied to that email asking for the refund and I do not want the cancelled order. They emailed back that they didn't refund me because I "never asked for a refund." That's not how business works, if you cancel someone's order you refund their order. Definitely avoid this business.

I've been a customer since 2013 or 2014 and have always been a huge fan of the random bag of plugs. I don't think I've ever been disappointed and somehow end up getting a set I've been thinking of getting. Will continue buying sets from here until they shut the doors!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, received confirmation but order still hasn’t shipped. Reached out to their support email to try to get some kind of update. Nothing. Tried calling their support number, rings twice then call drops. At this point I just want my money back. But guess what? I can’t start the refund process, until their non-existent support gets back to me. Absolutely ridiculous, order from here at your own risk.

UPDATE: I finally got a hold of customer support. Turns out the product I ordered (the beginner stretching kit) takes 2-4 weeks to ship, since there are so many parts to it. That makes sense, but I wish there was some kind of disclosure of that. Making this update so if anyone also orders the kit they’ll know what’s going on.

Nothing was wrong interms of shipping or anything it was just crummy silliocone material supper uncomfortable there was a tear and thin spot on one of the flares I just ended up tossing them not worth the price at all In all honesty

My order came in time, the size plugs I purchased were the correct size. I'm overall happy with the quality and experience

THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, ON PURPOSE
Even if by some miracle I get my product/money I will never ever shop with these people again. Their inventory is hardly unique and other companies HAVE A PHONE NUMBER.

The product was a joke as well as the slow return process

Ordered some earrings and got confirmation. Then when they were supposed to get shipped, I was notified that they were actually out of stock. That was really disappointing because they were specifically for my wedding. They did offer a gift card along with a 20% bonus on top of that which I gladly accepted an exchange however, every time I go online, everything is out of stock. I’ve tried multiple times over multiple weeks to search for something that would fit my ages and that I liked and again, it seemed like 90% of the entire inventory on the website is constantly out of stock. I’ve been reached out and asked for a refund and was told that they would issue a refund after about a week. I realized still not received that refund. I reached back out to the company and asked how long it would take for the refund and they mentioned that it actually had not gone through and so they pushed it through then and there I did get my refund but only my refund not even for the amount that the initial gauges cost , but I also lost the 20% incentive on top of it. Very disappointing. I most definitely will never be using this company again.

The process was easy. Items delivered in a timely manner. Size of product was exactly what I ordered, material is great as well.

Great quality plugs, reasonably priced, great customer service. Easy and smooth exchange process, quick and efficient shipping. Don't really have anything bad to say except that a lot of the ones I had my eye on were out of stock in my size. (00, so thats my fault haha)
I'm a repeat customer, and i 100% do recomend.

They saddle tunnels sit very well in the ear and they don’t feel like they’ll fall out. I have yet to wear the dangle ones but they look just like the picture and a gorgeous in real life.

So many amazing choices and super fast shipping. The colors and size are spot on to what I ordered.

My first order was lost during shipping. Took abit to get things sorted out. Got my package about 2 months after ordering. Plugs are nice. Recieved my gift card but didnt recieve my free plugs for spending over 100 bucks.
