I love a lot of the items on their site, but my favorite is the Till Death Do Us Part ring. I ended up buying it in 4 different sizes so I could wear them as I lose weight. It is true to size and I love the coloring. The gems have stayed in well. I am a little rough with ny hands and I wear it night and day except when showering. Holds up great. Hope to get more of their stuff from that collection at some point. The last order I placed, they were able to help me quickly with a site glitch and got my order placed quickly. Shipped fast as well. ♡

This is my 2nd time purchasing rings from this company. The last ring I bought lasted 8yrs before I noticed a stone was missing.

Both times I’ve made my purchase the company has remained in constant contact via email until I verified the item was delivered, and there were no issues with the ring or its fit.

I did have to pay an import tax the second time I bought a ring, but I blame Trump for that one.

I think they have some of the coolest designs in the web, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

This is the second purchase from Vancaro, and the items came in perfect shape and look awesome! I purchased a ring for my daughter last year and I can say that her ring has held up as she wears it everyday. I'm impressed by the fun designs and quality and fast shipping!

J'ai acheté une bague de fiançailles à ma femme, la peinture est parti au bout d'1 semaine. La réponse de vancaro a été " c'est normal elle a été peinte on peu rien faire, surtout que c'est écrit sur la description de l'article que ça été peint" sauf qu'une peinture n'est pas censé partir et encore moin au bout d'1 semaine. Dans ce cas là il fallait l'écrire en description pour que je puisse ne pas acheté votre bague de mauvaise qualité !
N'achetez surtout pas chez eux des arnaqueurs

Mon conjoint m’a offert une bague en décembre 2023 et en la portant quotidiennement, je peux vous laisser un avis objectif après l’avoir porté pendant 1 an et7 mois. Premièrement pour une bague en argent, elle n’a pas de poisson ni de certificat alors qu’on parle quand même de bague entre 100 et 180€ . De plus, les zircon ne sont pas sertie mais collé ce qui empêchent les nettoyage au bijoutier … Et pour finir la couche supposé d’argent s’enlève avec le temps ce qui rend votre bague ternes .
Donc oui vancaro possède de très beau design, mais en revanche une manufacture qui laisse à désirer pour des prix de bague qui sont quand même d’une centaine d’euros . En l’occurrence environ 180€puisqu’elle est gravée.
Donc je recommande donc vancaro pour des bagues de promesses mais certainement pas en tant que bague d’engagement puisqu’elles ne tiennent pas avec le temps ..

Mon mari m'a offert une bague en novembre 2024, soit disant en argent.
Magnifique sur le site, à la réception pas déçu. Et là je vient de me rendre compte que l'argent comment a s'enlever.
Je trouve ça inadmissible, une bague acheté 160 euros qui devient comme ça au bout de 5 mois

REVISION: after publishing reviews on 3 websites the business contacted me and offered me a refund for the gift boxes I purchased to substitute for those they'd not included in my order. They claim to have modified their policy which was to not necessarily include the number & types of gift boxes matching products ordered for environmental reasons. Their policy should be further modified to give customers exactly what they order. I'll increase their rating, but it shouldn't take negative reviews to appropriately respond to a customer's legitimate issue. Judging from other reviews here, they've got a ways to go.
Below is the story ~

I ordered 3 necklaces to give to friends for a special occasion. They're beautiful, BUT they sent only two gift boxes and they were RING boxes. In the photos on the website it clearly shows the gift box that would be provided and what I received wasn't that. Also, the photos of the chain didn't match what I received. I immediately called and emailed them, but they'd gone ON HOLIDAY for a week and weren't responding until after the event. They did respond to me and sent me a 10% off coupon, but that didn't save me from having to buy gift boxes last-minute. Their response was as follows: "To be more environmentally friendly, we usually match a gift box for one package. For the next shopping, if one gift box for one item is needed, please let us know immediately after placing the order, and we'll try to match each item with a gift box." I'm all for the environment, but I want what I ORDERED, not what you feel is good for the environment. It's too bad, the necklaces are very pretty and the jewelry very unique; I would have shopped with them again if not for this.

Negative 5 if they would let me click it. I ordered an engagement ring from them. Black band with a diamond (my fiancée LOVES black jewelry) she wore the ring for less than 1 week and half the black has been worn off! . I reached out to them for any help and they called it “wear and tear” and also said “people appreciate the vintage look” again, we’re talking less than a week and she took it off even to shower. They have ruined one of the most beautiful moments of my life. I hope this company goes bankrupt

Je referai affaire avec vous. Petite note au futur client sachez que les frais de douane peuvent être remboursés et qui n'excède pas plus de 2,30 € dedouanement, ce qui n'est pas excessive. Merci de toute la transparence apporter.

Despite a 15% discount offered as a gesture, which failed to compensate for the loss, doubts lingered about the ring's quality and longevity. The abrupt halt in communication from customer service post-offering the discount added to the frustration. The ring's short lifespan, coupled with the inadequate 3-month warranty, compounded these concerns. Good luck buying this ring. It may not last long.

Ce site est un site de dropshipping, la plupart des bijoux que vous trouverez sur leur site sont sur aliexpress à 100 fois moins chère et c'est pas une blague, j'ai trouvé une bague sur aliexpress à 1.5€ qu'ils vendent sur leur site 105€
J'en ai vu des arnaques au dropshipping mais la c'est du très haut level

Je suis un peu comme les autres clients, déçus par les délais pousser à leur maximum, des taxes de frais de douanes pas indiqué lors de la commande vive la chine pour moi c'est un site de fumisterie.
Ceci n'est ni plus ni moins qu'un site d'arnaque.
J'espère que ces quelques mots pourront vous dissuader de ne pas commander chez eux.

J'avais commandé une bague en forme de corset et en plaqué or rosé. Ledit or rosé s'est effacé au bout de deux semaines. Deux semaines !!! C'est quand même invraisemblable qu'un plaquage se fasse la malle en si peu de temps, avec des prix aussi élevés !
Je met une étoile de plus car bien que je me soit retrouvée avec une bague argentée au bout de deux semaines, elle a ensuite tenue le coup. Elle est incrustée de petites pierres et ces dernières quant à elles et contre toute attente, ne se sont pas fait la malle.

I received the items, 2 necklaces, as ordered. Upon examination both were of poor quality made of cheap materials. Not only was I dissatisfied with the quality of the materials but the workmanship on the locket was poor. The 2 halves of the locket didn't align and the "engraving" was only laser printing.
Upon requesting a return for refund I was told the poor quality of the locket was not a reason for it's return and no refund would be issued despite their 30 day refund policy.

EXPENSIVE COSTUME JEWELRY!
The expensive rose gold wore off after a few months. I am now left with an ugly dull ring I paid way too much for. I am still wearing the ugly thing can't afford to replace it. It was so pretty at first. It would be better if there was no rose gold to begin with. Now it is a very dull color. Not worth it. The calender won't go back far enough. I got it as a gift on February 14 2019. Not even a year later it was dull. I have pics as proof but there is no where to post them. Don't waste money here.
