Everything about this site is good except for the ID verification. Most of the time people don't accept it

I am constantly completing full surveys on this site just to get a message that the survey was closed early. My definition of early and theirs is very different. When I reach out to customer care, they just say too bad (basically). No rewards for my time. I'm on HeyPiggy, and they ALWAYS give me points when that happens on their site. Valued Opinions doesn't VALUE its panelists at all. It's a huge waste of time. Don't bother.

I was very impressed with the quick response time and professional explanation given when I had a question. Excellent service!

I had an issue with a survey and received a satisfactory response within 24 hours.

I opened my account about a month ago, completed a few surveys and when I try to cash out my rewards I keep receiving an error message stating that my account is "under review" and I need to wait 72 hours. It's now been more than 2 weeks and I’m still unable to access my rewards or even get a response from customer service. Not going to do any more surveys till I get my rewards. Not happy with their service.

I've been taking surveys with Valued Opinions for years now and they are the 'best' by far when it comes to error free surveys, customer service and rewards options. I enjoy taking their surveys as they rarely have the same ones. There is much variety to review.

Their Customer Service has always been prompt and professional. Never had an issue that wasn't resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

The customer service at Valued Opinions are #1. If you are a survey taker you know at times there are some issues with the survey. But I must say whenever I had an issue I would contact customer support and by the next day it was resolved! Hats off to your quick fix I appreciate it highly. Warmly RCJ

I had a e-card issue and the response was very helpful.

The survey was much too long for the amount of the reward so did not complete it. I shared the experience with valued opinions and was rewarded appropriately. Thank you.

I've been a loyal member of Valued Opinions survey site for several years. They are highly credible and offer good surveys to their members. I have campaigned for some time now to try and have them expand their rewards offers/choices, but, will continue in my quest. I highly recommend the site for those who are serious survey enthusiasts. I enjoy the surveys and the Valued Opinions support team is one of the best; they are quick to respond, and they always welcome participant/member comments, inquiries, and feedback, which is an integral part of the online survey experience. Great job! Keep up the good work! Much appreciated!

I was completing some surveys, and when I reached the point of claiming my reward, I was surprised to find that they had banned my account. When I contacted them, they responded after a long time, in a provocative manner, attributing it to my violation of their terms of service. Otherwise, I have completed many surveys, but I was either kicked out in the middle of them or I finished them and never received my reward.
They are scammers, and I do not recommend anyone reading this to join them.

Used to be good - but now.....
So many times - survey completed in full and right at the end you get the screen out....... Happening so often that I always get a screen shot /copy the web page last page and send it in as evidence - usually get it credited but its a waste of my time having to do this every time. Generic replies mean no one is actually looking at the issues - so either ..... they are collecting the data and using it , screening out to avoid paying - or there is a problem with the site and no one cares . I do a lot of surveys - this is the ONLY site I have had issues with so I know its not me and looking at other reviews its happening to others .

Having rejected getting reward at the end of the survey, after spending 15min to 20min completing it. This has happened multiple times Very frustrating!! In the past this does not happened so frequently.

Once upon a time they are paying good amount in survey but in this time they are paying much less per survey

It is the best application and a very wonderful application that gives people their dues
