They suspended my account for no reason. They are scammers.

I have been a member of Valued Opinions a long time. Most times I get a survey to complete. Always trustworthy in surveys and in payment.

It is a scam website they blocked my account after working very honestly for them,they blocked me for no reason

Je n'ai pas eu mes points et aucune explication de la part de Valued Opinions? Je passe du temps et c'est donc décourageant.

Pièces non compatibles avec le vehicule, pièces reçu tardivement. Demande de retour jamais traité.

Have been a member for more years than I can remember and as a rule Valued Opinions answer any and all problems in a timely matter.

awesome survey site

I have been a member of Valued Opinions for many years and have had positive experiences overall. I do believe that as you grow older there are less opportunities to qualify for surveys. I think many of the surveys are looking for the opinions of younger people. I guess I should mention that I am 78. When I have had an issue with a survey I have always received a fair resolution to my issue. I have enjoyed our overall relationship.

I've been taking online surveys for over 15 years, from many different survey companies over the years, and Valued Opinions is the only one I still rely on and prefer. Valued Opinions has fewer technical issues, higher points per survey, fast/immediate payouts, and a very user-friendly, informative site telling length of survey, general topic, and point value. Though I'm older and maybe don't qualify for as many surveys as younger folk/when I was younger, I still make quite a bit of money every month from this particular site, much more and faster than any of the other survey sites I still use. Many of the other sites are NOT reliable or legit, but Valued Opinions has been trustworthy all these years I've been a member--more trustworthy than any other site, even the more reputable ones.

This is helping me to make money to stay in the house.

Valued Opinions has always been prompt in sending Rewards. If there ever is an issue, they resolve it within a day. They are very responsible.

When I first joined this site many years ago it was a pretty good experience with hardly any issues. Now the biggest issue I encounter is completing surveys that require 20+ minutes to complete and then get disqualified after submitting my answers. You can also send in screenshots of the page that congratulated you on completion and still get nothing. The help desk is powerless to give you information as to why you were disqualified because the partner sites they get the surveys from do not provide that information. It's become a huge problem over the past couple years and seems like it will not get fixed anytime soon.

Valued Opinions is the fairest survey site on the internet. I have been on this site for years and never ever had a problem. Their staff go out of their way to help you

I did not receive points for a survey I completed. I contacted "help" and I received confirmation of my communication shortly. Within a day, I received the points I was due..

Had 60 odd pounds in my account and when I one day attempted to sign in it ask me to try again then renew my password which I did didn't allow me access then I emailed them and they said id broken terms and conditions then I replied what have a done and they cant or may I say wont tell me so they shut my account and pocketed the money. I have read about others having the same issues getting money from them. I wanted them to close my account and give me the money that was in there thats all. Utter crooks and must make a lot of money from people using the same scam.Customer service was unhelpful and I advise dont touch them with a barge pole

I only been using Valued Opinions for about a week but so far it's been very easy to use and the surveys are easy to understand.
