Whenever I've experienced problems with valued opinions,(not very often), I've always been able to contact them and get the problem resolvef to my satisfaction. The surveys are interesting to complet. I really am a satisfied customer.

a quick response and an understanding of the issue

I've been a member for many years and continue to enjoy doing the surveys on a regular basis.

What is pleasing too, is that on the rare occasion that I have experienced an issue and have needed to contact 'support', they have always responded both quickly and positively.

Keep up the good work Valued Opinions team!

They used to be really good. Dropped the ball. You can't log into your account now. Reset password and it still doesn't work. Contact them and you just get a generic email to do a password reset. Poor customer service - do not respond to questions on facebook page or answer emails or customer support tickets. USELESS.

Costumer support take days to answer you back

oh dear of all the sites to be a scam another site making it hard to get paid now they say they need a smart phone to get your e cards i have been told they cant over ride there system such lies this site is a SCAM stay away from this site i have made a claim to a samll calims court if they dont pay up ballifts will be in formed another site taking the mick dont listen to there reply it will be a lies lies there scam

Generally satisfied with Valued Opinions surveys - although seem to miss out on many for what appears to be my age (69). In terms of the survey failing to progress - my notification of the survey template failing to progress is more to let them know that there may be a problem with the software. The response is courteous and often recognised with a small amount to my account balance.

Love the variety of surveys, Easy to use, Love watching my dollars increase. Even receive if i don't make the cut for the survey. great options and variety for vouchers. Been using Valued opinions for 12 years now and still love it

I was 90% of the way through a survey when the app froze. I tried going back, refreshing, you name it. Nothing would work. I left a message on the contacts address and woke in the morning to find the issue acknowledged, and extra points credited to my account. SOmetimes, things will screw up. It was acknowledged. I appreciated that.

They are very responsive if any problems and nothing is too much trouble.

Had a technical problem with logging in. It took a bit of sorting out but the agent stuck with me until the problem was resolved.

If I have a problem they answer my concern within about 6 hours, and the 'fix' arrives a few minutes later. I've found this site a real financial help to me, as a supplement to Govt super. I use the dollars to buy gift vouchers for the birthdays of family members. I enjoy doing thsurveys and am thankful for the financial rewards.

I was a member of Valued Opinions for many years and never had any issues until recently. I had built up $107.00 but had been unable to complete surveys regularly because of family illnesses. After an initial warning I managed to do a few surveys and then I got a 14 day warning. When I attempted to do more surveys I was directed to update ID with a selfie and drivers licence photo. But when I tried I always got a message that their system was "down". I had contact with their customer service team on a few occasions...it was always someone different! Finally I was told that my account was terminated because of not enough completed surveys and it was implied that my input hadn't been honest. This was a sore point as I have worked with scores of survey sites and have NEVER had my integrity questioned!! But Valued Opinions weren't prepared to listen So the $107.00 has been forfeited. This is ironic as it was achieved way before the warnings!!!. So my message to anyone thinking of joining up is DON'T!! There are far better survey sites out there who will treat you much better and actually listen to you!

Reply's to questions are always quick & helpful and it is great to be able to use their vouchers for gardening items! However, it is annoying that so many are not available to do.

I have been using Valued Opinions for a few years and have found them to be a worthwhile site for answering and getting paid from surveys. Any issues I have encountered have generally been solved easily and quickly. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to top up their income.

They used to be ok - surveys took a long time, and the rewards were very low for the amount of time spent completing them. Recently, they have taken a serious turn for the worse - the surveys have screened me about 10-15 minutes into completing them and then not issuing a reward. Surveys have broken, and it has become a waste of time, often taking 30-45 minutes to earn $1 - $2. Their customer service is unhelpful in resolving issues. Adios, Valued Opinions and I definitely won't be seeing you later. I have deregistered my account and am using other survey panels that have been far better to work with.

I have been doing Valued Opinion surveys for over two years, they are the best survey companies, as I have tried a lot of them. They are easy to do, rewards are very fair, and any issues are sorted in the shortest amount of time. Not like other companies you wait for 3-5 days, the rewards payment system is done immediately so no waiting for a voucher, which the choices are endless. Excellent customer service, thank you

It's being great using this platform for more than a year now and I can tell you it's one of the best paying survey platform around. Easy to use and have great customer experience. Would definitely recommend.

As an young student, I really appreciate and would definitely recommend this Survey site, that is legit and is also an excellent way to make extra income while studying, or on summer breaks.

Please, keep in mind it does take time and patience to redeem your reward.

Overall, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this website to others well, friendly and satisfying customer service as well.
