The first tech for my issue was ok, but my problem wasn't 100% fixed. I called back, and the second tech fixed it in 10 minutes and 32 seconds. I am so so thankful. I just knew I'd be on the phone for hours.

He knew where to clean up files, delete unusable apps, and re-install corrected programs. I am so grateful to have this service to turn to when I am at my wit's end and can't do anything to fix the problems myself. Well Worth the Money !! Everyone should try it.
