The new backup software, "Elephant Drive," was added to my system and needs to be configured. Rainniel Santos from USTechSupport set up the product, configured the "Backup," and explained how to use the software.

First tech was unable to solve problem quickly so he sent email asking for me to provide time/days I would be available. Roderick, the second tech called in one of the time windows I requested. I showed him problem and after a quick analysis, he solved the problem and even more important, he showed me how to fix it when it happens again.

Once I was able to get the advanced tech, the problem was quickly fixed as I knew it would be. However, it took me the second day with much anger to get the advanced tech to call.

It took 24 hour wait for USTechSupport to respond probably due to backlog. However, Jeffrey did a wonderful job fixing the main issues. He also went out of his way to investigate and fix other issues for me
