All worked as expected
We did one way rental - no hassle
Will use again at next stop

Good and easy site to use, there are cheaper ones available but as I have used this company for the previous 3 years with hassle free pick up and return decided to stick with them

I had a small issue with compensation due from the American supplier of my Mustang which USRentacar handled efficiently on my behalf. Very pleased with my overall experience with this company and would definitely use again.

Hassle free, prompt service, good prices.

Dustin was great and easy to deal with. I called on a Sunday and he was up front and honest, made an offer on the phone for my car, and we scheduled a time for the next morning, Monday. The only ding I can possibly offer was that they were late due to the tow truck having an accident, but Dustin showed up, took care of the paperwork and the car and waited for the tow truck, so I was on my way. No switch pitching or changing the price on me (as I've read some other car resellers will do), just quick and great service. I'd defintiely use these guys again

Great car rental company. No hidden fees, everything included (except young driver fee which it states clearly). Great service, never had any issues!

Have used usrentacar for approx 8 years and never had any issues. The voucher has always been accepted at the airport car hire desk without question un like another company I used. I take silver package which gives me all I need.

Always best for low prices and many options to consider on the results page, website is very easy to use and modifications are easy to do if things change by paying the very low costs insurance. We have used US Rentacar for over 10 years and never hand any problems or found anyone with more competitive prices.

Completely stress free booking. Ordered car pick up from Miami beach and dropped off at Miami airport 3 days later. Took 5 minutes to book in at pick up, and literally 1 minute on returning. No hassles or being pressured for added extras. Would definitely recommend.

We have used without any problems quite a number of times over the year and find them very efficient.

We have booked our USA hire car with uscarrentals for some years ow and have always had good service from them. We like the fact that you pay upfront for the service which includes fully comprehensive insurance cover.

Been using this company for a number of years, they have never let me down. Always been my first choice company to visit for a quote, and they’ve always been competitive. When I’ve arrived at the car hire location and presented the paperwork it’s been a very simple and quick process. Always taken either the Gold or Platinum options as it covers all my requirements.

used this company before and would recommend them. Easy to contact if you have any questions

Straightforward booking process with various options for the discerning traveller. Good value too!

Best price, best service

We use every time we go to the states and wouldn’t go anywhere else we are so pleased with the service they provide.
