Been out of the vintage style nick and nora's for awhile now, online contact us form requires some kind of login in order to submit feedback/ask a question. Otherwise love their products that I have been able to get.

The Nick and Nora glasses we ordered are beautiful, and when one arrived broken they sent a replacement free of charge right away. Really great company to work with.

I now have 35 and a half "1910" style glasses of six shapes in my home bar. Love the design. They make the drinks from my bar look great. The only reason for loss of star was the broken martini glass.

I ordered a couple glasses and received 2 emails noting that they had received my order and the second one that my order was "complete" and that it would be received in 4-7 business days. No where did it tell me if/when my order shipped or when it would ship or a tracking number. I emailed the company and someone from accounting replied with a tracking number. Why couldn't that be included in the emails a customer gets so they can see when it will arrive. That's how most companies handle it for online orders

Great customer service. Decanter I got was broken during shipping, a new one was sent out. The replacement didn't break but had the same packaging problem, need to secure the topper from becoming a wrecking ball.

Glasses I got were as expected and packaged well. Would get glasses again but not a decanter.

The product was beautiful, reasonable and the shipping was so fast I couldn't believe it! I actually did not think I could find what I was looking for, and this company made it so easy.
