I ordered the same gold shakers that I’ve bought from this company before and didn’t know that the metal used to make them had been changed. The quality of the new ones is significantly less than the old ones so I don’t even use them.

Quick service and easy checkout. Perfect replacements for two collins glasses that had broken. However, there is much data available to support that companies, both seller and their suppliers, are arbitrarily and willfully increasing prices using excuses like covid (5 years later) and tariffs (that dont apply or effect their market) to rationalize the increase.

Ordering was very straight forward and simple. The product I ordered was even better in person than in the photos online. I also received my order in a timely manner and everything was packaged well to protect the glasses! I plan to purchase more in the future.

I received an order number US4328 and it came with a broken glass in it, because it obviously wasn't packed correctly. I took pictures when it was delivered and I discovered it was broken. I emailed them to you. I sent a second email after receiving no reply. I received no reply from my bank. This lack of communication was highly disappointing. I also asked about some products I were interested in that are only available in the UK, and that I would be willing to pay international shipping on a larger order. I received no communication on that either, I have already reached out to my bank about the broken glass on my order - and will be following up shortly.

I ordered couple of items together. They only send me one pair of all the items then I tried calling them or sending messages on their instagram then they responded after a month.

The Tiki tins are in my opinion the best ones on the market. The etching on the tins give you a little bit of grip, they’re light weight, incredibly durable. I’ve bought six sets of tins, the spoon, the strainers and the mixing tin. Incredible quality for the price

It says that it is made of Japanese steel but it is made in China which is not what I wanted.

Quality of the glasses I purchased was amazing. Shipping fast with great packaging. If I ever need to purchase more I will definitely order for Urban Bar again.

Event hough several of the glasses were broken upon arrival the team there made it very easy fo me to get replacements and the delivery was fast for them.

We loved the glasses. The weight is perfect;they are not easy to knock over. The decorative element is nice without being overwhelming. They are great for cocktail night.
