I contacted customer service and the item was reshipped, no questions asked. The glasses are high quality and beautiful. The website images accurately represent the products. I enjoy my home cocktails in these glasses nightly!

My husband was absolutely delighted by these couple glasses. The glass is crystal clear and a nice thickness, not so delicate that you’re afraid to crush it when you wash it, but with a classy slimness. The gold rim is lovely and does not look like it will tarnish or chip off easily.

I purchased cocktail glasses for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. She was thrilled with them. The online purchase was quick and easy. The only reason for the 4 star review was that I thought the shipping cost was high.

Got some speakeasy style glasses. They are gorgeous and I couldn't find anything remotely this nice anywhere. When they arrived I was even happier; the premium pricing and the shipping are worth it. Plus, I like that I can order 1-2 more if I have breakage. Overall, highly recommend.
