The website stock was incorrect. It took, and then cancelled half my order. The stock updated about a month after my order was placed. Your website needs to be kept up to date, and if you are going to cancel half an order, you BETTER contact the customer to see if they want the entire order cancelled or not, instead of just doing it.

I've bought several sets of glasses from them. Always fast shipping and they took care of a few defective glasses in the past.

The glasses that I received are beautiful and high quality. They packaged them well so they arrived safely and in good condition. The only downside is that on the website it said that the glass was dishwasher safe (and we used gentle cycle) and one of the glasses broke. So I would recommend to be extra careful when washing them.

Easy to order, I loved that could buy single glasses! They are just gorgeous - I love the 1910s and 1920 glassware - really stunning!

There was an item that i was charged for missing from my order. When I inquired, I was told that the item was out of stock and they would need to refund the purchase. I am wondering why that didn't happen at the time of packing and if it would have happened at all if I had not noticed the item missing. The discrepancy should have been noticed on the business end and a refund offered prior to the shipping the package, otherwise it is unclear if this is a mistake or poor business practice.

I placed an order and one of the glasses was broken, I got in touch with the Customer Service dept and got a refund.
The recipient of the glasses loved them.

I ordered two items from the website. One wasn’t in stock so they shipped one item an charged me $15 for shipping for an item that cost about the same.

They said that the other item was on the web site as order able but was not.

They finally refunded the shipping and missing item but only after multiple calls and emails.

The glasses I ordered are beautiful! They also arrived quickly. I had to make an exchange and that was very easy too.

Your products and customer support are excellent. Packaging for the glasses needs improvement. Two of the glasses were delivered broken. It didn;t look like much care when into packaging the loose glasses.

Exactly what I needed. My glassware was packaged excellently.

I bought two mixing glasses and two jiggers over Black Friday weekend. The jiggers arrived and Urban Bar marked my order as fulfilled. Both mixing glasses ($80) did not arrive. I emailed twice and six days after I reached out they simply refunded the mixing glasses. I get when there are issues with inventory and order volume; but the fact that I had to catch the error, they took very long to reply, and then they can't get me the product to make it right makes it hard for me to trust these guys.
