Ultimateaddons are a great product which I have been using for years. Needed to get another clamp, and in my rush didn't read the inforamtion correctly and ordered incorrectly. A quick email and all was sorted with the extra parts I needed.

Needed some advice regarding a weatherproof case for the motorbike after changing my phone.
I couldn't really see what I was looking for on the website so contacted them direct and got a swift reply explaining what I needed.
Just found it a little difficult finding how to make contact hence 4 stars.

Bought this for my F900r and while it looked great once I tried to unplug the usb the whole board came with it.
Emailed UA and after a couple of photos a new one was on its way.

Quick delivery and good communication from company when asking questions.

Having used the product yet as it isn't cold enough so hopefully they will do the job adequately. I have purchased the usb bike lever warmers.

This the 2nd case I’ve bought this one is a present for a fellow rider.
An excellent strong case, totally weather proof including in heavy rain, the mounts etc are also extremely good with wide range of fitments etc.
my only little quibble is the fact you have to remove the phone from the case to access the phone on/off & volume buttons, I suspect adapting the case would compromise the durability & waterproofing etc.

Fast and very effective. Knew what I wanted, found it on their site at a reduced price and 48 hours later it was through my letterbox.

The product is well made and robust, excellent for use on a motorbike. The customer service is fantastic, when I purchased the initial phone case, I found that my phone would not fit securely in the case. When I phoned Ultimateaddons, Shelley went through with me what the issues were, after discussions, she agreed to replace the XL case with an XXL case at no cost. The customer care and assistance by this Company is second to none. Thank you so much for your help, you should be proud of the service you provide.
