The speed at which Ultimateaddons processed was quite amazing. They seem to be really efficient with their ordering system.

Firstly, the Apple iPhone 11 Hard Waterproof Motorcycle Mount Kit I ordered is a great bit of kit. Well designed and manufactured, it’s doing all it’s supposed to do, so far. As well as my ordering error, mentioned below, I also realised after ordering that I’d also need the 25mm 3 inch Metal Extender Adapter to position the phone best on my 2006 VFR800.
What particularly stands out about UA for me is their customer service, as became clear when I realised I’d ordered the wrong attachment fitting. Their team gave helpful advice and promptly dispatched the more suitable fitting, without any fuss. I’d certainly recommend them and their kit.

Don't buy a sat nav,use your phone just as good

Good products and great quality at a sensible price. Where other manufacturers often charge silly prices for their products UA at least keep it at a realistic price. I have used UA products on my motorcycle for years covering thousands of miles and can honestly say I have never had any issues with them.

Very helpful customer service, provided accurate advice and responded quickly. Product (phone case + mount) does the job well. Case could be improved further by using scratch resistant plastic for camera window.

Yep big thumbs up for me , I've used several mounts over the years and in my opinion this is the one when the phone is in place you can get on with the ride knowing your phone is safe and secure delivery was quick and communication good too if any downsides I wish you could access the power button on the side of your phone just so you could shut the screen down when not needed just to help save a bit of battery life throughout the day every little helps apart from this well pleased 😀

Bought the power supply that charges my phone up rapidly, I have mounted it on the fairing in a recess, so hopefully wont have any problems in the rain, seems good quality
