Good products and good communication from the seller only let down by the courier

Ordered the wrong spare by mistake and when I phone, I spoke to someone who knew exactly what I needed and changed the order there and then. And the item arrived a day or so later despite it being Xmas. Excellent customer service service, excellent spares and excellent product.

I'm impressed with the 120mm heated grips I've just purchased, but its not just the product, the company has clearly carefully thought through its whole approach to doing business.

I wanted a pair of heated grips for my Triumph Scrambler 400 X. Initially, in 2024, Triumph didn't have any available. They do now, but they are twice the price of others on the market so I went for an OXFORD pair, cheapest type with a separate controller that mounted on a cheap piece of aluminium bolted to the brake lever bracket. They were slow to warm up and the look increasingly annoyed me, but I still wasn't willing to pay Triumph prices. I was saved by UltimateAddOns!

UAO had an offer price of £129.99 for these grips, which included a built in controller on the left grip. I like them because:
- They have 5 levels of heat, each with a different colour LED, so you know what level you've chosen
- It remembers the last level you chose and defaults to that next time you turn on the bike
- The wiring has been thought about; the branch to each handlebar begins just under the front of the tank with a slim flat junction box that doubles as the fuse holder. It was easy to cable tie to the frame, doesn't obstruct the tank mounting point and only leaves one wire going back under the tank to the battery.

I liked the purchasing experience with UAO because:
- The website is well-designed in a consistent corporate colour scheme and easy to navigate
- They were offering a discounted bundle in their website, but if you didn't want the bundle you could still buy the heated grips at a discount
- Good accurate advice on delivery
- Well-designed, clever corrugated cardboard packaging that protects the product well in transport; the outer box has a cellophane window that is easy to separate when you recycle the packaging. (Triumph could learn a lot from this, disappointing that they still use 100% hard plastic packaging for their accessory range!)
- Free branded visor wipe included and a card asking for a review for their family run business in the Scottish Highlands.

Well, it all came together very nicely and they are now installed on the bike this evening. Glad to write the review.

Their Customer Service is great. I had any doubts about the model and size of the protect case I was looking for to buy and they helped me to find the right one.

Having looked at Ultimateaddons heated grips online and reading the reviews , I wanted heated grips that were incorporated into the grips , and not a box separate to the grips like some of the other companies have and these looked perfect for my needs . I've been riding 50 years and know when something is worth buying .They looked great and were
just what I needed . They arrived very quickly after ordering them , so I took my
bike to the local KTM dealership who fitted them that morning . I can't tell you how fantastic these heated grips are ! 5 heated levels , and to be honest I've used them on bitterly cold mornings and never had to go above the second setting , they are marvellous. Very easy to use , you just toggle through the settings with your thumb without having to move hands off the grips .I can highly recommend these to anyone who needs a quality set of heated grips . Love their products, I had an issue with a GoPro mount and they replaced the reminder warranty with no quibble at all. I am really happy :)

As usual I wasn't sure about what I needed so I emailed the addons guys and within 10 mins got a reply that was clear and easy to follow and bought the goods pronto
I feel I need to add that I have used these guys several times and can't fault the company the staff and the quality of the products everything I have purchased over the years I still use as it is still in perfect working order

What a great product really well built and very sturdy.
I unfortunately put the wrong house number on my order. My wife rang ultimateaddons customer service who were very helpful but the order had already been shipped. Shelley Elliot from customer service was very good and gave a couple of options to get around the problem but in the end it arrived on time.
