Easy to order and always delivered on time

great price on kiln dried wood and pini kay briquettes , the only place I get my wood burning goodies from , used for a number of years now excellent service and comminication regarding delivery , always on time , highly recommend!

Not burned them but they look good quality and dry. Delivery was outstanding, very good capable and polite driver who did an awkward manoeuvre to make my life easier. Have used this company last 3 years they logs will burn well, I am sure! Thank you

I’m sure the product is fine, the only issue was the delivery, initially they said it would be delivered on the Thursday between 12 and 2:30, at 3:30 I get a phone call saying that they could not deliver and would the next day be ok, to which I agreed, they stated again a delivery between 12 and 2:30 at 3 and no delivery I rang them and they said it would now be 5! At 6 it was delivered after waiting in for two days!

Good customer service. Goods arrived OK. I have bought from UK Logs for several years and always reliable.

Delivery took 3 days working days to deliver....not an issue
These woollets Briquettes I can't say as this will be the first time using these if is what's on info correct these should be no difference heat may be the same... wight is the same just different shape
Watch this space when I will be using these.

I ordered 2 half pallets of oak logs for my log burner. The delivery was quick and the order was exactly as described online. Would definitely purchase more logs from UKLogsDirect in the future

Great smooth process end to end

Excellent selection of logs and associated materials. Very competitive pricing with lots of offers. We've always found the logs to be of good quality and have bought for many years. Delivery is well organised with good advance notice.

Great value, really quick and efficient delivery.

Double crate ordered and 12 bags of kindling logs were removed to allow kindling to sit in crate. So had less logs even though I paid extra for kindling. This usually more than fills log storage. But never this year. After 4 years of using uk logs direct will not use next year.

Wood fantastic to burn every year, We are elderly so always the delivery is,matched to our, needs. So we are always pleased with the service we get .

Great communication, quality heat logs and great price.
The only disappointing thing was the delivery tracking app with the delivery company was incredibly poor.

Great service... had a query with delivery... got a call straight back amd timings confirmed...
Great product... would definitely recommend

Very helpful

Great service as usual, delivered on time, on the day requested and the driver was very helpful in putting the pallet of logs exactly where I wanted it.
Had a few issues paying on line, my credit card was declined as my bank flagged it up as a possible scam? Had to phone and pay with debit card.

The second year we’ve purchased our winter supply from UK Logs Direct, and after ordering on the Sunday, we had the logs stacked in the garage by Wednesday. So far, (accepting we only have a delivery once a year), the delivery company have been great. The powered fork trolley they used worked fine getting up the initially steep slope into our garage (all on tarmac), with a helpful push from my wife and I. Thankyou.

Always a good service with prompt delivery and the drivers accommodate you where possible to put the crates where you want them. The wood burns great too 👍
