Great service as usual, delivered on time, on the day requested and the driver was very helpful in putting the pallet of logs exactly where I wanted it.
Had a few issues paying on line, my credit card was declined as my bank flagged it up as a possible scam? Had to phone and pay with debit card.

The second year we’ve purchased our winter supply from UK Logs Direct, and after ordering on the Sunday, we had the logs stacked in the garage by Wednesday. So far, (accepting we only have a delivery once a year), the delivery company have been great. The powered fork trolley they used worked fine getting up the initially steep slope into our garage (all on tarmac), with a helpful push from my wife and I. Thankyou.

Always a good service with prompt delivery and the drivers accommodate you where possible to put the crates where you want them. The wood burns great too 👍

Fast delivery. We have been using these heat logs for years and they generate lots of heat and are clean and easy to use.

Cheap easy to order and prompt delivery and the quality of the wood looks good

Really clear info on website as to the product being sold - delivery was excellent too - on time and care taken where pallets were left.

Deliver great quality logs to me every year. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Always buy my logs from UKLogsDirect. Logs have always been very good. Customer service is excellent.

Great service and very reasonably priced. Will use again.

Excellent quality hard wood heat logs. Delivered quickly, to schedule and with good communication.

Excellent service my second time of using them efficient polite and everything i ordered was deivererd!

we found this company easy to deal with. we like to wait and buy when they have discounts if we can. The web site works well. Information goes to delivery company with what time this work well in our case as it was early. The only problem we have they can not delver on to our stone drive way due to the size of the load

The logs are great as is the customer service. I have used them several times without a problem, but this time when the transport company made the delivery they did not ring the doorbell and dumped the pallet in the paved drive. I stopped the driver and asked him to move the pallet about 10 metres to be under cover and he refused, was abusive and said it was my problem and not his.
UK logs were sympathetic and as helpful as they could be, although in a difficult position. I then arranged for a local company to come and move the pallet which took them about one minute!
UK Logs immediately refunded the cost incurred.

Easy to order, good competitive prices and delivered on time.
