UKLogsDirect Anmeldelser

Great logs, nicely packed and the crates make great kindling when chopped down. 4* rather than 5* as the delivery firm arrived 2 hours past their window (with no comms) which caused us a problem as we planned to go out. This wasn't UK Logs Direct fault though. Everything else was perfect and would use UK Logs again (just plan on staying in the whole day, rather than for the delivery window specified).

Helpful response to enquiry and prompt delivery.

The wood is great quality, have bought quite a few times and each time the quality, price and delivery is excellent, I will be buying more for Winter. Highly recommend this company.

Very easy to order online and good you can pick a delivery date. Arrived on time no fuss, easies wood delivery 🚚 so far. And the cheapest deal around.

Great service as always from UkLogsDirect. Great quality wood and the crates are packed tightly.

This was my first order, with UK Logs, and it was faultless. From browsing their website, to delivery, all perfect.

Prompt delivery of pallet of logs, well protected and good size quality kiln dried ash logs.

Great logs, great price and great service. I have used them more than once and will use them again.

Good quality logs delivered on time by helpful driver

2nd time I have bought firewood from this company and it was great again.

No problem dealing with this provider. Very quick, excellent quality and very well packaged. The pallet that the wood is delivered on also makes for very good kindling.

Delighted with my first order from UKLogsDirect - easy to use website and ordering, delivery good, logs look great. Pleased with the variety of size of logs in each net as I have changed supplier because problem with receiving really large logs and having to split 50% of them.

Easy and friendly to order. Delivery date stated - and then a time slot later -and arrived with no fuss. Good delivery system with the friendly pallet driver aware of requirements.
Product always good. Pallets really well filled - tight and no spaces. Set up for winter now

Easy to order and always delivered on time

great price on kiln dried wood and pini kay briquettes , the only place I get my wood burning goodies from , used for a number of years now excellent service and comminication regarding delivery , always on time , highly recommend!

Not burned them but they look good quality and dry. Delivery was outstanding, very good capable and polite driver who did an awkward manoeuvre to make my life easier. Have used this company last 3 years they logs will burn well, I am sure! Thank you

I’m sure the product is fine, the only issue was the delivery, initially they said it would be delivered on the Thursday between 12 and 2:30, at 3:30 I get a phone call saying that they could not deliver and would the next day be ok, to which I agreed, they stated again a delivery between 12 and 2:30 at 3 and no delivery I rang them and they said it would now be 5! At 6 it was delivered after waiting in for two days!

Good customer service. Goods arrived OK. I have bought from UK Logs for several years and always reliable.
