Excellent Customer Service
Initially I was disappointed as my order arrived incomplete. However, after contacting Turtle Doves, they rectified the issue immediately. Quality of products ordered was excellent. Very happy with my purchase.

Soft and cozy cashmere gloves
I have several pairs of these lovely cashmere fingerless gloves from Turtle Doves. They are lovely and soft, and wash well on a gentle machine wash.

Avoid
Firstly, whilst I understand that the company recycle cashmere, you cannot market a product as 'rose' pink and then ship cerise pink. That's not even in the ball park! I contacted you about returning the gloves and you advised me how to return them. They arrived back with you Friday 13th February. So far, no refund and now you've asked me to Trust Pilot review my new product. Are you guys for real? Now you have the product and my money.

Regarding your refund, our returns policy states that refunds can take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return. In this case, we received your parcel on 13th February, and your refund was issued on 16th February, just 3 days later — well within our expected timeframe.
We understand how frustrating it can feel when you’re waiting for a refund, especially when the product wasn’t what you expected, and we appreciate your patience.

Quickly delivered and an excellent product. The fingerless gloves have made such a difference to my permanently cold hands. I ordered 2 pairs in lovely colours. I highly recommend both the gloves and the company. I am sure I will be a returning customer as and when I need more.

Very happy
Very efficient company to deal with. The gloves are lovely and perfect for me as I always find the sleeves on jumpers are too short on small sizes. Thickness does vary on some colours but that’s to be expected as they are recycled.

Warm and snug.
Efficient, fast delivery of black wrist warmers.
The cashmere is quite thick and rustic, however the wrist warmers fit snugly, are cosy and perfect for outdoor pursuits.

This is my third pair
This is my third pair! I suffer from cold fingers from October through to about April and wear these most days indoors as well as outside. Lucky dip pair was great value and the colour was perfect for me.

Great company, lovely recycled cashmere in beautiful colours, great quality, keeps you warm and cosy . I have beanies, neck warmers, fingerless gloves and hoods. Ideal for the cold winter weather in Buxton. Great for walking the dog. Ideal as gifts.

Drop in quality
Have always loved Turtle Doves but am wondering now about the quality …. Bed socks and neck warmer not the Same quality as previous items. Baby booties very cute though.

Because everything is made from recycled cashmere, the feel can vary a little, but they should still be soft and comforting.
