Happy customer of many purchases
I have been a customer for many years and have bought countless pairs of gloves for myself and friends. I love the choice of colours and the ethos of the company.
I would like it if there was still an option to add a message to an order like there used to be. I would request gloves that were on the larger size as the sizes understandably vary, and sometimes I find them a bit tight.

Love the fingerless gloves - excellent quality, warm, stylish and great price
Love the fingerless gloves - my friend bought me a pair, my mum admired them and now has her own pair. Mine have lasted 2 Scottish winters and still going strong. Stylish, soft and keep my hands warm.

I was really unhappy to receive a gift that was badly made
I was really unhappy to receive a gift of slim fingerless gloves from my son that didn’t fit. I have bought several pairs previously for myself and they have been perfect but the pair he was sent would only fit a person with broomsticks for arms. I couldn’t pull them past the top of my hands and then the sleeves of my coat hit the bulk of the cuff - very uncomfortable. When I got in touch I was told to return them with proof of purchase but this was a gift!! I was told I could not request a rib cuff rather than the very bulky 2 layer cuff so I am very reluctant to buy again or recommend - which I have done before this experience, and friends have gone on to buy for themselves.

I’m really sorry to hear this was your experience — especially when the gloves were a thoughtful gift from your son. Our fingerless gloves are usually such a joy to wear, so I can imagine how disappointing it must have felt to receive a pair that didn’t match the fit and comfort you’re used to.
A couple of things that may help:
• Our customer service team can normally process a return or exchange for a gifted item, even without the original receipt, as long as we can locate the order on our system. A name, postcode or email address used for the purchase is often enough.
• The slim fingerless gloves are all crafted from recycled cashmere, and the stretch can vary slightly from pair to pair because every piece comes from a different original knit. That said, the fit you described sounds tighter than it should be, and we absolutely want to put that right.
Regarding the cuff: we don’t offer custom alterations, which is why the team advised that a rib cuff couldn’t be requested instead. But you are always welcome to exchange for another style with a cuff that feels better under a coat sleeve — many customers prefer the ribbed versions for that very reason. Kind regards

Well made
Well made, really comfortable and warm. Fingerless gloves that amazingly keep your fingers warm too. The felted ones are good in the colder months. Once ordered they arrive quickly nicely packaged (in no plastic) suitable to gift. Sure they're a bit pricey, but we'll worth treating yourself to a pair.. or two.
